[redacted] was extremely professional, and handled our plumbing problem with expeditiously, and efficiently. He carefully went through the broken pipes in our basement, and pinpointed the exact source of the leak, and how it could be repaired. I was extremely happy with his service!!!

Horizon services and Douglas M were very professional and timely. We will use them for any other projects we may have in the future. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Overall great experience using Horizon Services. Second time I used them in a four month span. Each time they were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

[redacted]. came to my home to perform a heater maintenance check from Horizon Services. He was very professional and from what I could tell did an excellent job. I have used Horizon Heater services in the past and have always felt very satisfied with their work.

The plumber identified the issue and informed me about additional cost. His auger was stuck so since he needed to remove the toilet and charged additional money to remove the toilet. The job was done right.

We had a water leak into our garage. Horizon came within 3 hours. Our technician, [redacted], was courteous, efficient and very personable. He also knew what he was doing. Great job, [redacted]!!!!

[redacted] was very pleasant. Asking if I needed anything. Had a question as soon as he walked in regarding my touch pad. He looked at it and said he wanted to go down at look at heater first. Then when he was finished explained key pad and set all temperatures for heat and air with wake times and sleep.

When leaving he said if I have a problem with it in the future to call Horizon an ask for him that he will call me back and instruct me what to do.

When I had a question about my thermostat, he showed me what to do. "[redacted]" was prompt and professional in his manner, as all Horizon technicians have been, when visiting us. Horizon Services took my emergency call for service for a clogged waste line around 3PM. [redacted].the technician arrived here around 4PM. He looked at everything and told me what he was going to do, and proceeded to take care of the problem. It took about an hour as he had to change his game plan mid stream. But he wanted to make it work and promised he would have the line open again before he left. He did. Excellent service, friendly service and most of all competent service all around.. I would not hesitate to recommend [redacted] and Horizon Services to anyone based on this first experience. The company I usually deal with, Service Mark, made an appointment for me in the afternoon, I waited all day to the appointment time and they called around 3 PM and said there was an unfortunate mistake and that they did not do the kind of service I needed. They left me high and dry on this problem. Horizon did not.

[redacted] was professional and friendly; A pleasant change from our previous HVAC contractor. [redacted] described what was going to take placed and performed the maintenance service quickly. He explained our new maintenance agreement in detail and made additional recommendations for maintaining and upgrading our HVAC system.

Horizon was great! We had no heat, called Horizon and they were here within 30 minutes. [redacted] was friendly and explained everything he did very well. We appreciate the quick, friendly, and effective service.

I was very pleased with my HVAC Maintenance Technician at our AC tune-up appointment. He called ahead, arrived on time, and was courteous and knowledgeable. He even allowed my young children to help when he checked the indoor component by having them hold a flashlight or read the numbers on the gauge. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problems with our system that needed repair and to answer the many questions I had about repair vs. repacement. He helped me schedule an appointment with a home climate specialist prior to his departure.

I had the occasion to request Horizon Services to come to my single family residence and conduct a two-zone air conditioner tune up. The representative, ([redacted].) showed up at my home on time. He appeared well dressed and conducted himself with the utmost respect for me and my home. The technician took approx three hours to do the job. He was the exact opposite of every other prior technician that did service on our home,(in that he wasn't in any rush to get to the next job and he didn't get repeated calls from his office or irate customers that he was late for their job). He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He explained everything and did not pressure us to purchase any add-on services, (he only explained the potential issues that could result as a consequence of the 11 year old system that we have). I found the technician and Horizon to be outstanding and far and away-superior to all of the previous workers from other companies. I will never consider any other companies to service my home, if any further promises arise.
