[redacted] was a total professional, entered my home politely and clean and left my home the same way. I would highly recommend Horizon and would request Andrew for my next service.

[redacted] was very efficient and helpful with everything.

[redacted] came to open a clogged kitchen drain. He called to announce his arrival time ( exactly as I requested) and presented a picture business card upon arrival. He worked professionally and neatly. He was in and out in under an hour, and left the work zone neater than he found it.

He also provided some tips on keeping the drains clean and cleaning the disposal.

[redacted] & his associate showed up on time. They were professional & courteous. the job was completed in a timely fashion and we were more than satisfied with the workmanship. You get what you pay for & Horizon services certainly charges you a premium. I spoke to my brother in law after the fact and was told that he could have done the job for $100.00 plus approx. $20.00 but I would have to wait until the weekend. Horizon services charged me $476.00 ! Yikes!!!

Today's visit with Horizon was excellent as usual. We didn't have to guess at anything. [redacted] was upfront with us and very professional and friendly. [redacted] was with him, very quiet but very nice and courteous.

Had a error free visit and oil heater service completed today by the Horizon HVAC technician. Clean, friendly, effective, knowledgeable, and wore booties the entire time while working in our home. Adds on TV are truthful. Horizon employees care about the service they provide and the customers they support. Not a single complaint. Refreshing to deal with, and I plan to continue my support of this Horizon team.

Everything was completed as promised. Technician was clean cut, courteous and very professional. He provided me with information and suggestions which I found helpful.
