[redacted]. is a drain technician for Horizon Services in PA. Second time using Horizon after having some rather unpleasant experiences with other plumbing services. Good work. Clean. Professional. Courteous. Drain line serving the washing machine was clogged with lint and whatnot under the concrete. In, cleared, out, in about an hour. Same day service, BOTH TIMES that I needed them! And the first time I called for service, it was already 5 PM (I expected next day service). I expect good value for my $$$. And I am satisifed.

[redacted], my drain technician was great. He was courteous and very helpful. He communicated well throughout the process and gave me advice about how to care for my drain going forward.

What I liked the most was that he was able to explain things relatively simply so that a layman could understand what the root cause of the problem was. Historically, I have not had great experiences in that regard and that's important to me as a customer.

What a refreshing experience to find a repair person who not only seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing, but was also enthusiastic about his work and his company. We were so impressed that shortly there after, we signed up with the company to replace our entire 19 year old HVAC system. We hope that experience will be as comfortable.

Plumbing technician [redacted] was very professional and did a thorough job.before getting started he explained everything he was going to do.When he did start the job he made sure he put tarps down and when he was done the area was clean.
