[redacted]. is a drain technician for Horizon Services in PA. Second time using Horizon after having some rather unpleasant experiences with other plumbing services. Good work. Clean. Professional. Courteous. Drain line serving the washing machine was clogged with lint and whatnot under the concrete. In, cleared, out, in about an hour. Same day service, BOTH TIMES that I needed them! And the first time I called for service, it was already 5 PM (I expected next day service). I expect good value for my $$$. And I am satisifed.

Just wanted to compliment [redacted]. on his professional attitude, courteous manner, and his knowledge. [redacted]. was waiting for me in my dirve-way. He saw that I had many grocery bags in my trunk and offerred to carry them into my house for me. That was very kind of him and much appreciated. He explained in detail the work he completed on our outside drain and also made some suggestions to prevent furture drain blockage. Thank you for sending him to our home.

[redacted], Horizon Services performed an annual tune up on our heating system. He was on time, professional, thorough, and fully explained what he had accomplished. A pleasure to do business with a great technician.

In the process of replacing our hot water heater, they discovered that our sump pump was not connected right and that we needed the pvc and routing fixed. They also recommended a newer submersion pump to replace our old one. They were very efficient and despite the sump pump obstacle were very patient, thorough and everything is fixed and working great.

[redacted] was great. He explained what the problem was, advised us on maintenance issues, and looked for ways to give us discounts. And he fixed the problem in about 10 minutes.

Plumbing technician [redacted] was very professional and did a thorough job.before getting started he explained everything he was going to do.When he did start the job he made sure he put tarps down and when he was done the area was clean.

While he was here , he alerted me to a potential dangerous situation with my water heater. Thanks to him I will be getting a Plummer from there services to remedy the situation. ale was very knowledgeable and work efficiently on the job.

[redacted] was very nice and a down to earth guy. He fixed my problem without a blink of an eye.

Our AC was not working,so I called Horizon. [redacted] was our technician. He show up on time and he is very knowledgable and efficient. he replaced the dual condenser and our AC was up and running in no time. It cost over $400 , which I think it is too expensive for just replacing the condenser, but it was fixed in one day and we extremely happy with [redacted].

We got what we needed and instruction in quarterly maintenance.

Techs were on time courtiuos and did great job with identifying the problem and correcting at a good cost.

[redacted]. & assistant Joe were extremely professional, in business uniforms and knew the ropes in both the plumbing trade and providing layman explanations for the reason the job was done in a specific manner. Quotes were provided prior to the start of work and when additional work was required a second quote was given prior to work continuation. They team worked well together, were at the job within the agreed upon time and always kept me in the know as to needing parts, or additional time to accomplish the work. The job entailed replacing a two-spigot tub/shower system to a center mounted mixer valve system. A complex job handled by courteous professionals and backed by a caring Company.
