I called in the morning of 10/28. I was given a window of from 12 Noon to 4PM. At 12:49 PM James G. called to announce his arrival. He arrived and listened to our concerns. He addressed our problem and made some helpful suggestions. He was clean and neat and very polite. Our problem was solved.

[redacted] was very timely, courteous, and informative. My air conditioner was fixed very quickly. I was impressed with the service I received.

[redacted]. arrived earlier than scheduled - Yea! He checked out what needed to be done and explained various options clearly. Once we settled on what will be done Kevin and his helper got the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after they were done and did a great job overall. The next time we need plumbing work done we are calling Horizon again.

We had a drain issue in our kitchen for several days. We called Horizon and [redacted] came out and had to use the snake. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He repaired the drain and on his way.

Chuck M. was very professional, efficient, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have himin our home. He is a credit to Horizon Services.

While he was here , he alerted me to a potential dangerous situation with my water heater. Thanks to him I will be getting a Plummer from there services to remedy the situation. ale was very knowledgeable and work efficiently on the job.
