Horizon's maintenance on my A/C/Heating unit was extraordinary. He spent 3 hours on my system and I believe that is exceptional service. The technician was professional, friendly, and left my home clean. He also gave me some tips about efficiency that I found helpful.

My kitchen sink clogged over weekend and left me feeling angry and frustrated. I wasted money on wrenches, snake wire and gallons of Drano. Nothing seemed to work. I resorted to using bowls to manually remove water from my sink. I called Horizon Services this morning and they quickly scheduled a Drain Technician for a rescue mission. The perfect gentleman, [redacted], came and took care of business in a very courteous and professional manner. Now I'm happy and grateful to Horizon Services.

Although the technician visit did not go entirely as expected (a different repair will be required than what was anticipated), the technician was professional in his behavior and clear in describing the issues and options.

[redacted] from Horizon services arrived within the given time provided by the office. While in my home he was very courteous and even spent time talking to my children. [redacted] inspected my heater and discovered the Blower Capacitor battery was going to be in need of repair. He promptly informed me of this and then repaired it only within a few minutes. [redacted] reviewed the options for repair and also explained the Service partner program. I decided to stay a member of the service partner program because of [redacted] and continued great service Horizon offers every time they are in my home.

[redacted] did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my problem. He suggested upgrades which were quite quite nice.

Our service tech was [redacted] He was prompt,professional, personable and informative. I could tell that he was very meticulous about his duties and he was very respectful of our home.

We felt very comfortable with him in our home and would enjoy having him back.

We had our heaters checked this time. In the spring we had the air conditioners checked and we were so satisfied with that service that we decided to continue with Horizon.

Horizon's [redacted] did an excellent job. He called from outside slightly early, wore protective covers on his boots, kept things clean. He had to lift the toilette which we had expected from other estimates. Even with that, the fee was reasonable when compared to other estimates. Thanks to reasonable fees, they were booked for a couple days, but we waited gladly. [redacted] fished out a chunk of roots as big as a 2 liter soda bottle. After that, I finished 4 loads of laundry without a problem. We'll probably rely on their camera inspection later (free of charge) to see if problem persists. If Horizon keeps up the good work, we'll see biggest fleet of their vans all over the state in several years.

[redacted] did a fantastic job. Fast, personable, and gave me a clear explanation of the problem and solution. I'll definitely be calling Horizon next time I have an issue.

[redacted] was a very polite technician from the moment he arrived and introduced himself. Before starting work he explained what he needed to do and asked approval. After finding the problem he gave a estimate and the approximate time for him to complete the repair and again asked permission to procced. I was very pleased with him and the service. I will recommend him and Horizon Services.

I have a house that is over 100 years old and have used the same local plumber for 21 years. However, I decided to try Horizon Services after seeing their advertising. One of our bathtubs had a clogged drain.

I called Horizon and they set up an appointment at my convenience. They called twice the day of the appointment to make sure I would be there and let me know the technician was on his way so I could expect him. [redacted], the technician was professional and polite. I explained the situation and within a couple of minutes he said he would not be able to put a snake through such an old, original trap, but was confident he could clear the drain. He did a great job and only charged a portion of the $99 advertised rate.

I work in customer service and hire hundreds of front line staff each year. I was impressed with the whole experience, and the fact Horizon really seems to live up to the commercials. My technician was a veteran of the Navy. Many businesses claim to hire veterans, but this was authentic.

The overall effort led by [redacted] supported by assistant Steven was commendable. [redacted] listened to my descriptions and viewed my plumbing problems and offered his observations and suggestions for what items needed replacement and why, based on the items I had pointed-to. [redacted] generated a proposal with options that I may consider and the costs for each item and option. He showed me the type valves that would be used in the applicable locations to replace existing valves. After I made my selection of options for the overall project scope, [redacted] indicated the estimated duration the project would take and that the water main shutoff valve would be secured and how the entire plumbing would be drained before any piping was opened at the valves to be replaced. [redacted] was very thorough and organized in directing the individual tasks by him and the assistant during the removals of existing and installation of replacement valves as well as the renewing of main water supply, testing of the new valves installed and to ensure no leaks, and testing of all fixtures in the house (sinks and toilets) to ensure their operation was restored OK. [redacted] reviewed progress with me during the effort as well as walked-through each item replaced and summarized the effort upon completing the replacement valves installations. [redacted] suggested I monitor a few other, select plumbing items if certain conditions would be observed, as a preventative precaution over the near future (example: the hot water heater might leave granular deposits seen in hot water from the spigots). Days before the job I was concerned if any item might be difficult to fix/replace. No problem. [redacted] and team handled everything without a hitch. I am quite satisfied with all results, seeing quality products, quality installation, attention to detail, and maintaining clean and debris-free work areas and "walk-through areas" around the entire house.
