The service tech was on time,friendly and informative. I was completely satisfied with the service and company.

[redacted], the technician, was very polite and respectful. He arrived according to the scheduled time. He was able to address questions I had very professionally and was very patient. He has over 15 years of experience in this field. He also conducted a very thorough and efficient job with clearing the drains even though some of the parts were difficult to get to. He also made sure that everything was running smoothly with no leaks after he had taken out the parts and put it back together. I would highly recommend his service!

Horizon's maintenance on my A/C/Heating unit was extraordinary. He spent 3 hours on my system and I believe that is exceptional service. The technician was professional, friendly, and left my home clean. He also gave me some tips about efficiency that I found helpful.

Excellent customer service, workmanship and knowledge. Horizon advertises "we are the best", and they prove it on the job site. I was very impressed with my technician.

Our service tech was [redacted] He was prompt,professional, personable and informative. I could tell that he was very meticulous about his duties and he was very respectful of our home.

We had our heaters checked this time. In the spring we had the air conditioners checked and we were so satisfied with that service that we decided to continue with Horizon.

the technicians were excellent and very polite they did a very good work and clean up when they left.

They charged us >$700 for a sump pump repair using a sump pump we already owned. In addition, they tried to upsell the "service contract." They also did not ensure the outside drain was operating properly as I found the outside pipe disconnected. We will not be using them again.

Had a very slow draining,compromised drain in my lower floor laundry room. I called Horizon Service because I saw their commercials on TV, about 5:oo pm on Wednesday, not an emergency. As promised by 8:00 am on Thursday, [redacted] from Howizon was at my door ready to work. Within an hour things were running smoothly again and he was out the door. I was on time for my early ppointment with a client. I could have cleared that line. If I had an industrial snake and if I wanted to get wet and dirty and if nothing went wrong. Best hundy I every spent. Also, please remember to tip your tech. [redacted] was great. In the immortal words of Art Carney, 'there ain't no dry side of the sewer Ralphie!'

[redacted] was prompt,friendly, and efficient. He mirrored you TV ads to a"T".

We will definitely use Horizon Services again.

[redacted] was quick to diagnose the probable location of the clog by lifting the pipe to determine where the water was backed up. He used innovative solutions to clear a stubborn clog at a very difficult location including using a shop vac to catch the bleed from an overfull cleanout. He provided useful recommendations to avoid future problems. Horizon is fortunate to have a tech of his capability.

[redacted] was friendly, explained in detail what the problem was, and the course of action. He completed the work in a timely fashion. [redacted] was courteous and treated me and my home with respect.

The overall effort led by [redacted] supported by assistant Steven was commendable. [redacted] listened to my descriptions and viewed my plumbing problems and offered his observations and suggestions for what items needed replacement and why, based on the items I had pointed-to. [redacted] generated a proposal with options that I may consider and the costs for each item and option. He showed me the type valves that would be used in the applicable locations to replace existing valves. After I made my selection of options for the overall project scope, [redacted] indicated the estimated duration the project would take and that the water main shutoff valve would be secured and how the entire plumbing would be drained before any piping was opened at the valves to be replaced. [redacted] was very thorough and organized in directing the individual tasks by him and the assistant during the removals of existing and installation of replacement valves as well as the renewing of main water supply, testing of the new valves installed and to ensure no leaks, and testing of all fixtures in the house (sinks and toilets) to ensure their operation was restored OK. [redacted] reviewed progress with me during the effort as well as walked-through each item replaced and summarized the effort upon completing the replacement valves installations. [redacted] suggested I monitor a few other, select plumbing items if certain conditions would be observed, as a preventative precaution over the near future (example: the hot water heater might leave granular deposits seen in hot water from the spigots). Days before the job I was concerned if any item might be difficult to fix/replace. No problem. [redacted] and team handled everything without a hitch. I am quite satisfied with all results, seeing quality products, quality installation, attention to detail, and maintaining clean and debris-free work areas and "walk-through areas" around the entire house.
