Fast, friendly service. Took time to explain everything he was doing and make recommendations. Will definitely use again when I need a plumber.

We had a drain issue in our kitchen for several days. We called Horizon and [redacted] came out and had to use the snake. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He repaired the drain and on his way.

Drain Tech, [redacted] is absolutely FABULOUS!! He's polite, respectful, friendly, knows his job and does it well. He's also very clean and neat while he's working, I never have to worry about him leaving a mess anywhere! The work site is as clean as it was before he started, he explains things and he answers any and all questions you might have. The technicians arrived during the time that where given to me by their customer service. .They had on complete clean uniforms with visible ID. Before any work was done I was given the company's policy and they made sure I understood. .Then they accessed my problem gave me the amount with no hidden charges. and explained everything to me that had to be done and showed me the damage parts. .My home was treated like it was their own ,No mess and every thing that was moved they put back...I feel they were a little pricey but it was worth it to me. They remained professional throughout the whole visit and I was very pleased with the service. .If you want the job done right its the company to hire.

Annual Horizon service checkup on our home air conditioning and gas furnace unit was thorough and efficient. Technician [redacted] clearly explained what the service call entailed and went over in detail his findings after checking the units. He also clearly explained what service plans were available and their costs. Very good service from [redacted].

I wanted to acknowledge [redacted]. with Horizon Services. He arrived on time, was very professional and very polite. The one thing that stood out to me was his thoroughness. [redacted] made sure the job was done correctly and he left no stone unturned. I will always call Horizon for my HVAC or plumbing needs!

[redacted]. OF HORIZON SERVICES WAS ON TIME, CLEAN AND NEAT, GREAT PERSONALITY AND WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE MY PLUMBING PROBLEM QUICKLY. HE HAD PARTS NEEDED ON HIS TRUCK. I'VE BEEN A HORIZON CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND PLAN TO CONTINUE TO DO SO.

Technician showed up within the hour, fixed our problems quickly. No problems. Very professional.

I called in the morning of 10/28. I was given a window of from 12 Noon to 4PM. At 12:49 PM James G. called to announce his arrival. He arrived and listened to our concerns. He addressed our problem and made some helpful suggestions. He was clean and neat and very polite. Our problem was solved.
