Just wanted to compliment [redacted]. on his professional attitude, courteous manner, and his knowledge. [redacted]. was waiting for me in my dirve-way. He saw that I had many grocery bags in my trunk and offerred to carry them into my house for me. That was very kind of him and much appreciated. He explained in detail the work he completed on our outside drain and also made some suggestions to prevent furture drain blockage. Thank you for sending him to our home.

[redacted]. & assistant Joe were extremely professional, in business uniforms and knew the ropes in both the plumbing trade and providing layman explanations for the reason the job was done in a specific manner. Quotes were provided prior to the start of work and when additional work was required a second quote was given prior to work continuation. They team worked well together, were at the job within the agreed upon time and always kept me in the know as to needing parts, or additional time to accomplish the work. The job entailed replacing a two-spigot tub/shower system to a center mounted mixer valve system. A complex job handled by courteous professionals and backed by a caring Company.

Thorough cleaning of the entire system was completed for a pending home sale. [redacted] found a failing capacitor on the external AC unit.. I was curious and went outside myself and [redacted] was kind enough to show me with the testor. We had it replaced.

[redacted] from Horizon Services were very knowledgable and thorough. In the process of replacing our hot water heater, they discovered that our sump pump was not connected right and that we needed the pvc and routing fixed. They also recommended a newer submersion pump to replace our old one. They were very efficient and despite the sump pump obstacle were very patient, thorough and everything is fixed and working great.

Had a havc system installed and the work was done professionally and the installers were friendly and very willing to answer any questions.

Technician showed up within the hour, fixed our problems quickly. No problems. Very professional.

The technicians arrived during the time that where given to me by their customer service. .They had on complete clean uniforms with visible ID. Before any work was done I was given the company's policy and they made sure I understood. .Then they accessed my problem gave me the amount with no hidden charges. and explained everything to me that had to be done and showed me the damage parts. .My home was treated like it was their own ,No mess and every thing that was moved they put back...I feel they were a little pricey but it was worth it to me. They remained professional throughout the whole visit and I was very pleased with the service. .If you want the job done right its the company to hire.

Drain Tech, [redacted] is absolutely FABULOUS!! He's polite, respectful, friendly, knows his job and does it well. He's also very clean and neat while he's working, I never have to worry about him leaving a mess anywhere! The work site is as clean as it was before he started, he explains things and he answers any and all questions you might have. Our AC was not working,so I called Horizon. [redacted] was our technician. He show up on time and he is very knowledgable and efficient. he replaced the dual condenser and our AC was up and running in no time. It cost over $400 , which I think it is too expensive for just replacing the condenser, but it was fixed in one day and we extremely happy with [redacted].

[redacted] excellent tech explained everything about the job. friendly knowledgeable in his field. Would have him back to work on my heating unit again.

Horizon should be pleased to have a great worker.
