[redacted] was quick to diagnose the probable location of the clog by lifting the pipe to determine where the water was backed up. He used innovative solutions to clear a stubborn clog at a very difficult location including using a shop vac to catch the bleed from an overfull cleanout. He provided useful recommendations to avoid future problems. Horizon is fortunate to have a tech of his capability.

Had a very slow draining,compromised drain in my lower floor laundry room. I called Horizon Service because I saw their commercials on TV, about 5:oo pm on Wednesday, not an emergency. As promised by 8:00 am on Thursday, [redacted] from Howizon was at my door ready to work. Within an hour things were running smoothly again and he was out the door. I was on time for my early ppointment with a client. I could have cleared that line. If I had an industrial snake and if I wanted to get wet and dirty and if nothing went wrong. Best hundy I every spent. Also, please remember to tip your tech. [redacted] was great. In the immortal words of Art Carney, 'there ain't no dry side of the sewer Ralphie!'

This is my third experience with horizon for getting a drain cleaned. They are very clean, pleasant and professional.

We called Horizon to come out and take a look at our heat pump unit after our house smelled like fire and was hazy. Your technician, [redacted], was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained to us everything that he had discovered and answered all the questions we had. He gave us a number of options and explained the pros and cons of each option. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service!

Today my hot water heater broke, I called horizon and they were at my house within 2 hours they replaced entire unit and brought it up to code and I have hot water again
