They were both professional and pleasant, even though they took my summer vacation fund. I definitely got the service that I paid for. I would recommend Horizon again and again and again.

About Horizon plumbing services in NJ:

On 04/12/14 Horizon came out to my home to check out water leaking out of the siding of my hoe on the outside when I turned on the water. Horizon came out to my house, cut a hole in my sheetrock to get to the cable plumbing. A small PVC pipe attached to the rubber plumbing was found to be broken. The worker quickly replaced the small broken PVC piece. And glued it on. The cut sheetrock was put back and I was charged $800.00. The faucet outside was replaced with a faucet that only has an open and off position. I can no longer gradually open the faucet outside. Also the faucet has very little pressure unlike before.

For all this I was charged $800.00. Extreme pricing for such a simple job. I would not recommend Horizon to anyone else.

We recieved timely,polite service on our AC problem during a recent heatwave. Great to feel that cool air again! Our tech was oinformative and answered all questions.

I have a house that is over 100 years old and have used the same local plumber for 21 years. However, I decided to try Horizon Services after seeing their advertising. One of our bathtubs had a clogged drain.

I called Horizon and they set up an appointment at my convenience. They called twice the day of the appointment to make sure I would be there and let me know the technician was on his way so I could expect him. [redacted], the technician was professional and polite. I explained the situation and within a couple of minutes he said he would not be able to put a snake through such an old, original trap, but was confident he could clear the drain. He did a great job and only charged a portion of the $99 advertised rate.

I work in customer service and hire hundreds of front line staff each year. I was impressed with the whole experience, and the fact Horizon really seems to live up to the commercials. My technician was a veteran of the Navy. Many businesses claim to hire veterans, but this was authentic.

The Tech today for which I was present in the absence of the homeowner, as her Housekeeper, was a very thorough tech, as well as, friendly, informative, and respectful. I would call Horizon Services because of his demeanor as a tech, representing a good company.

[redacted] was a very polite technician from the moment he arrived and introduced himself. Before starting work he explained what he needed to do and asked approval. After finding the problem he gave a estimate and the approximate time for him to complete the repair and again asked permission to procced. I was very pleased with him and the service. I will recommend him and Horizon Services.

Today my hot water heater broke, I called horizon and they were at my house within 2 hours they replaced entire unit and brought it up to code and I have hot water again
