Todays service was a AC checkup under a maintenance contract. The technician was on time, would have been earlier had we been available. Very professional and able to answer any question we asked. He spoke clearly and explained what he was going to do any possible costs associated and explained the results of his evaluation of our AC unit. Prompt, explained well, worked quickly, neat and orderly. Job well done.

Horizon sent out a technician promptly. I was given a time block of 3-7, [redacted] arrived at about 4pm which was great. Within 45 min my drain was snaked and everything seemed to be working appropriately.

Horizon helped us get settled in our new home by replacing the bathroom fixtures and servicing the HVAC system. They then came back for additional work and for our routine HVAC maintenance transitioning to the summer months. They handled everything quite professionally each time, showing up on time and taking great care around our house. We will certainly continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

[redacted] arrived promptly and already knew our home and plumbing layout as he was familiar with the neighborhood. This was definitely a plus. [redacted] was able to clear the line quickly leaving the area as clean as it was when he arrived. [redacted] was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We would absolutely request for him again.

[redacted] Works for Horizon and came for a service call on our heating system. The house is new and we have plans for the unfinished basement. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all and work with me on what to keep in mind an not to worry about.
