Very prompt when appointment was scheduled. Technician was very informative. Prices are above average but quality work was performed.

After making an appointment to have a technician inspect my gas boiler, I was contacted via cell twice to confirm date and time on the day of the appointment. This was comforting as I didn't have to sit around and wait for 3hrs for someone to show up. The technician arrived in a timely manner and was efficient while performing the routine maintenance. The tech also accepted personal checks.

[redacted] was neat, clean and know what his job , he went right to work and told me the problem and explained several was to correct it.

Technician arrived promptly and explained issue with water heater. He was very polite neat. Work was completed. He explained all that was done and area was clean when work was completed. Very pleased with Keith and the service provided.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Horizons Tech. My problem was solved and the technician gave me an education on how to keep my drain from clogging.
