Excellent service! Professional, highly qualified technician worked on our boiler in our home. It's very tough to find a company that has experienced technicians for this type of system. We have used Horizon for 3 years now and would highly recommend their services.

Review: I had a furnace installed at my home and the total price due at completion was $6,600. I had already paid them $80.00 for an initial visit which was to be credited on the final amount. The amount was not credited toward the final price of $6,600. I asked him if the accounting department would only be charging the difference and he confirmed it would be taken care of.Desired Settlement: I just want the $80 credit back to my credit card.

showed up at the appointed time. was courteous and answered all my questions with knowledge, did professional work and cleaned up when he was finished and gave me advice on the maintenance of my water heater, I would recommend horizon to my friends and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

Charged $79.00 for service call, then wanted to charge me $380.00 plus the $79.00 to replace burnt out toggle switch on furnace. The switch is the same as any other light switch that you can purchase at Home Depot for $1.00. So they wanted to charge me $379.00 to turn two screws - a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would like to start of by saying that [redacted] was very accommodating and listened to me. [redacted] was able to refer the best water heater for my home. I would refer [redacted] to all my friends and family. [redacted] was able to come to my home on a Sunday and install the water heater in less then 2 hours. Thank you [redacted] for a great job.

The technician arrived within 3 hours of first phone contact with Horizon services. I called at 6am. He was extremely qualified and helpful. All of my questions were answered. The repairs were made correctly in less than 1 hour. I am very pleased with Horizon services.

Kevin showed up on time and quickly assessed our water heater. He affirmed our desire to replace the 21 year old unit. He went over the pricing and paperwork explaining our options. He ordered the needed parts specific to our install. The whole process was completed within the estimated time.

Service was amazing. They have a 4 hour window and the tech was here in the first hour. He went over everything he was doing step by step and offered helpful advice as well. I will definitely use there services for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future

He was also helpful in advising me on what to do about an issue he couldn't fix. I think you pay a bit more for Horizon, but the service is great, and it lasts. Definitely worth the money.

They performed a quick inspection, recommended replacing the 1991 water heater and then presented me with my pricing options. I made my selection and they started work. Within 1.5 hours they had drained and removed the old water heater and completed installation of the new water heater. They respected the area they worked in and did a complete job. It has been a week since the installation and so far everything is tip-top.
