Excellent service! Professional, highly qualified technician worked on our boiler in our home. It's very tough to find a company that has experienced technicians for this type of system. We have used Horizon for 3 years now and would highly recommend their services.

Horizon was called at 11, arrived at 2 as promised and solved the problem by 3 that day. When your heat pump is not working time to a solution is critical. [redacted] provided competent courteous service. He explained the problem and charges so I could understand both and make a proper decision on what I wanted him to do.

[redacted] was so helpful when we really needed help! Our pipe cracked right after we finished the basement and right before we went on vacation. He came over quickly and helped us stop panicking! He knew what he was doing and did a great job! It was so appreciated!

A 6 am call to Horizon had technicians there by 9am. After arrival the tech had the problem figured out in minutes, the part was on his truck and we had heat by 9:20am. Now thats fast, he was very polite and knowledgeable about unit. Overall we are very happy and will be using Horizon again.

[redacted] from Horizon Services came to my house to clear a kitchen drain. He was proffessional. He wore booties. He was prompt. He was able to clear the drain with no problems. He gave me advice on how to keep the drain problem free. He gave tips for clearing toilets. He did a great job.

Tech was polite personable and respectful of my property like normal of a Horizon Tech. Explained the problem and was sympathetic when possible issues were explained and the cost associated with such. Upon removing motor realized a deceased squirrel was stuck in flute which may have been causing problem. Assisted tech, who was scared to touch the dead squirrel, understandably, and removed from flute. During the removal the flute pipe dislodged from the wall and the tech re-cemented the connection to the chimney with what cement he had on supply. Tech was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgable.

[redacted] and his assistance [redacted] were prompt and courteous, just like in the commercials. I had a leaking hot water heater. They performed a quick inspection, recommended replacing the 1991 water heater and then presented me with my pricing options. I made my selection and they started work. Within 1.5 hours they had drained and removed the old water heater and completed installation of the new water heater. They respected the area they worked in and did a complete job. It has been a week since the installation and so far everything is tip-top.

[redacted]. was timely, courteous, honest and helpful. He was very friendly, fixed things quickly and even hooked us up with a coupon. He was also helpful in advising me on what to do about an issue he couldn't fix. I think you pay a bit more for Horizon, but the service is great, and it lasts. Definitely worth the money.

I would like to start of by saying that [redacted] was very accommodating and listened to me. [redacted] was able to refer the best water heater for my home. I would refer [redacted] to all my friends and family. [redacted] was able to come to my home on a Sunday and install the water heater in less then 2 hours. Thank you [redacted] for a great job.

Technician ([redacted].) was on-site earlier than expected, following a call from

main office. A pleasant surprise. A very knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting

young man. Horizon should be glad they have him. Explained all services he

performed and walked me through the works of the unit, both heat & A.C.

Enjoyed his visit, his cleanliness, and his personality. Will request him again
