[redacted]. from Horizon Services had assisted us with clearing out our floor drain on 10/6/15. [redacted] arrived promptly and already knew our home and plumbing layout as he was familiar with the neighborhood. This was definitely a plus. [redacted] was able to clear the line quickly leaving the area as clean as it was when he arrived. [redacted] was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We would absolutely request for him again.

Our technician [redacted]. was on time, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions and to explain what our AC issue was and how to address it.

[redacted] was very helpful and resourceful. He found the route of the problem and took care of it right away. I would recommend him to anyone, he's great.

We had a two water spots on our kitchen ceiling from what I thought was a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. [redacted] came out and fixed one leak that was coming from our shower and advised us the other leak was probably a roof vent leak. Not only did he fix one problem, he helped me solve the other as it was in fact a roof vent leak.

The work was completed quickly and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

On time, helpful and pleasant

[redacted]., the service technician, arrived on time and was both polite and professional. He was supposed to fix my hot water problem, but the dispatch people, who knew of my specific issue yesterday, did not provide Pat with the necessary part. He will be returning to fix the problem. It would have been much better all around if there was better communication on Horizon's part.

[redacted]. did a great job clearing the main sewer line going to the street, but he didn't know it when he left on 4-17-15. He ran the snake down twice using two different heads, but the water was still laying in the pipe. That's why he called for a second tech to come out on 4-18-15. When Chris arrived, I removed the drain clean out cap and the water was gone! Chris and I poured about 7 gallons of water down the clean out and then flushed the toilet several times and the water flowed freely.

[redacted] must have opened a hole that allowed the water flow to work on the clog and finally clear it overnight.

The camera tech is coming out on 4-23-15 to view the condition of the line.

Horizon helped us get settled in our new home by replacing the bathroom fixtures and servicing the HVAC system. They then came back for additional work and for our routine HVAC maintenance transitioning to the summer months. They handled everything quite professionally each time, showing up on time and taking great care around our house. We will certainly continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

Todays service was a AC checkup under a maintenance contract. The technician was on time, would have been earlier had we been available. Very professional and able to answer any question we asked. He spoke clearly and explained what he was going to do any possible costs associated and explained the results of his evaluation of our AC unit. Prompt, explained well, worked quickly, neat and orderly. Job well done.

Horizon and [redacted] provided me with terrific customer service and excellentplumbing work on 4/13/15. I was given an appointment on the same day I called in - which was unexpected - by very friendly and professional people. Both the initial woman who took my call and the woman that scheduled were excellent. [redacted] was friendly and courteous as well as professional throughout. He went out of his way to not only check the things that I wanted him to look at but answered my questions and gave me advice on other areas. He took care of both my drain and pressure tank issues on the same visit with the help of his supervisor and co-worker who delivered the part. I will use Horizon in the future and recommend them to friends. Great job Horizon and [redacted] - I'm impressed.
