Horizon and [redacted] provided me with terrific customer service and excellentplumbing work on 4/13/15. I was given an appointment on the same day I called in - which was unexpected - by very friendly and professional people. Both the initial woman who took my call and the woman that scheduled were excellent. [redacted] was friendly and courteous as well as professional throughout. He went out of his way to not only check the things that I wanted him to look at but answered my questions and gave me advice on other areas. He took care of both my drain and pressure tank issues on the same visit with the help of his supervisor and co-worker who delivered the part. I will use Horizon in the future and recommend them to friends. Great job Horizon and [redacted] - I'm impressed.

[redacted]. did a great job clearing the main sewer line going to the street, but he didn't know it when he left on 4-17-15. He ran the snake down twice using two different heads, but the water was still laying in the pipe. That's why he called for a second tech to come out on 4-18-15. When Chris arrived, I removed the drain clean out cap and the water was gone! Chris and I poured about 7 gallons of water down the clean out and then flushed the toilet several times and the water flowed freely.

[redacted] must have opened a hole that allowed the water flow to work on the clog and finally clear it overnight.

The camera tech is coming out on 4-23-15 to view the condition of the line.

Horizon Services HVAC Technician '[redacted].' was friendly and professional.

All information was clearly presented and questions answered.

We had a two water spots on our kitchen ceiling from what I thought was a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. [redacted] came out and fixed one leak that was coming from our shower and advised us the other leak was probably a roof vent leak. Not only did he fix one problem, he helped me solve the other as it was in fact a roof vent leak.

The work was completed quickly and he was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

We've had a service contract with Horizon for approximately 5 years and find the techs to be very courteous. On a service call today we had a problem and not only did [redacted] tell me that he was going to make it right. I overheard him tell the home office that they needed to make it right. They accepted responsibility and followed up with me two hours later. [redacted] alone saved our business with Horizon today.

Professional, answered all questions, took time to explain all my options and took his time to make sure I understood what was wrong with my air conditioner unit.

Great service, on time, came same day. Did exactly what they said they would. Have always had a great experience with this company.

[redacted] came Tuesday to do an A/C tune up. He could not do the tune-up because there was no coolant in the system and we needed a new coil. He found major problems with our system, explained the problems, ordered the parts, etc. We also signed up for the maintenance agreement. [redacted] was prompt, professional, and very willing to explain the problems and the possible solutions. He ordered the new part and even contacted York to see if the warranty on parts still applied. We would be happy to have him again, but [redacted] showed up today to install the new part. He was also excellent.

[redacted] was a great technician. He was friendly and knew his trade. I would gladly use him again for any a/c work
