Lee B. Came to double check that my furnace heat exchange was definitely cracked. He came within 15 minutes of being called and was very fast and polite.

Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean!
They arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do and gave me an estimate before starting the work.

Lee did a wonderful and thorough job for me. Great personality, knowledgeable and professional.

I have used this service for over a year now and I have not once been disappointed. Every staff member from the phone rep to tech great you with kindness.

We called Horizon early today and the had a serviceman here by noon. They are always very pleasant on the phone when you call. The technician, Jarad F came and was very easing and informative. The part that needed to be replaced was under warranty and was delivered within the hour and installed immediately. Jaredid a great job of informing us of all aspects of the repair. We have used Horizon for the past few years and like their efficient manner in getting problems resolved. Their personnel from your first phone call to their technicians have always been polite and efficient in getting the matter corrected. A plus is that they make hiring veterans a priority. A much deserved credit to this company.

Just used Horizon Services for a heater tune up. The service technician was Lee Barnes. Lee was very professional, courteous and did a thorough job. He performed the requested service in a quick and efficient manner. He also proactively recommended future issues that may arise due to the age of the furnace. He quoted prices for each replacement part including labor without using high pressure sales tactics. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Lee provided excellent service on my heat pump and recommended a couple of maintenance items that he completed in a timely fashion.

Excellent service. Prompt. Courteous. Very Knowledgeable about HVAC with unexpected information that was very helpful to me.

Lee was on time, was accurate with his initial assessment, and completed the needed repair quickly.

We needed an HVAC repair right away. Our main heater stopped working and left us at a nice temperature of 53 degrees in our home.. My first call was to the Horizon Services company. I had a good feeling about them from their commercials and other advertising. The technician, Jared F. was on time, presentable and very knowledgeable. He explained our repair options and prices. There were no hidden charges at all, the price quoted was the price. He also informed us that the part needed for our heater repair would be sent to our home during the time he was here.. He also gave us other information regarding maintenace on our other heating units. There was no pushiness sales tactics from him at all, just information for us to either go forward with or keep for the future.
I give this company[redacted] six stars and also Jared F.gets [redacted]. I definitely will be spreading the word to my family and friends to use Horizon Services.
