Dear [redacted] :This is in response to your client’s complaintI am confused as to why this complaint was filed against us.We are the fulfillment company onlyWe have absolutely nothing to do with marketing or do we make any offer of FREE vacations to anyone.No company can afford to travel anyone for FreeThe certificates that your client received at his presentation states that he is responsible for taxes, fees and surchargesOur staff put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available on the marketThey cannot afford to do it for FreeIf he has a problem concerning the promotional offer, I suggest he take it up with the company he received certificates from.If your client wants to book travel through us, he will have to pay the feesIf not, he can return all of his certificates along with receipt and letter stating reason for refund request and it will be granted.Sincerely,Charles C

The rate she received was based on the date she was traveling as well as availability and port of departure.She was attempting to travel during the Memorial Day weekend.? All prices are higher at that time.? My staff and I worked very hard to find her the best rates possible during that time.? She was well aware of the Terms and Conditions concerning her reservation request.? She must understand that all Travel is promotional and are subject to availability.? Holidays are subject to additional surcharges.? She may resubmit her request or request an exchange or extension, but no refund will be forth coming.We stand by our Refund Policy.?
