In response to your client's complaint, we tried very hard to accommodate them to no avail The problem was that they were attempting to travel with another couple and wanted all of them to receive the Promotional cruise prices When we could not accommodate them for the price they were requesting, we sent them through another vendor ( [redacted] ) They were able to accommodate the couples at the price they were requesting All parties understood that once Cruise certificates were sent to them, there would be No Refunds!! In order for your client's to receive their Promotional Cruise, they will have to submit their requests through [redacted] Just have them follow instructions on certificate They were very aware of the Terms and Conditions concerning this Cruise offer We stand by our policy! No refunds will be forth coming at this time.CC***GM

Also his same supervisor told me he'd personally send me out a new vacation package bit never happened I called repeatedly and sent emails nothing As of last week Cris told me my voucher was expiredHe also told me the matter was closedI reminded him I had written documentation to the contraryHe recanted Then I was told my voucher would expire this month I am not disputing that I received the Jine email I did I filled it out just like the first time it was pointless Why should I donut again I simply want what I was promised airline tickets and a cruise for two This is something the organization has not provided and won't I have complied with the requests I have called I have emailed if thtisnis just a bogus process to get people to look at timeshare they should be penalized Regards, Christina Horner

At this point, I so not trust that a satisfactory outcome will occurThe excuse given to Revdex.com is indeed about as lame and disingenuous as any I have heard.? I believe the only reason we have received any kind of response from this entity, which I tried to contact several times before filing a complaint, is because I filed the complaint.? We are only the middlemen for fulfillment of promotional travel incentives.? Unfortunately, patrons falsely accuse us of promising them Free travel when that is not the case.?
