I have been contacted again by *** *** and they said they would send forms to me for the cruise.? He also stated he would contact HPV for a $refundAnd that I would not to have to pay any more fees.? I never asked for the refund nor have I been difficult as MrC*** states in his response.? The only thing I asked for was the month time frame be extended since the problems I was having have taken months to resolve.? I have received the forms and although I see there are still more fees required the action expected was followed through.? I find it very insulting that MrC*** makes statements that are demeaning.? Not a very good business practice? With all the issues we have had regarding these 'free' cruises I am glad to see the company actually exists but I doubt very much that I will send anymore activation fees.? And although this turned out not to be a scam, I was concerned, I would never encourage anyone to use this company

She paid $twice (check numbers *** and check # ***) to *** ** *** Vacations dated 5/7/and two $checks were sent to Hot Promotional Vacations (checks # *** and ***) dates 6/16/? We need to know if the future quote includes the taxes and gratuity.My daughter and I need to speak with MrC*** to work out future arrangements?
