August 18, 2015 Dear *** ***:This is in response to your client’s complaintI am confused as to why this complaint was filed against us.We are the fulfillment company onlyWe have absolutely nothing to do with marketing or do we make any offer of FREE vacations to anyone.No company can afford to travel anyone for FreeThe certificates that your client received at his presentation states that he is responsible for taxes, fees and surchargesOur staff put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available on the marketThey cannot afford to do it for FreeIf he has a problem concerning the promotional offer, I suggest he take it up with the company he received certificates from.If your client wants to book travel through us, he will have to pay the feesIf not, he can return all of his certificates along with receipt and letter stating reason for refund request and it will be granted.Sincerely,Charles C

Do not do business with this company They give you the run around regarding cheap vacations but in the end you pay more They communicate mostly by email and you have to wait business days and pay $upfront to be able to even book a vacation Then they send you a quote that is more than the amount it would cost to do online yourself Then they ask for your checking account not credit card which is a sign to begin with I'm so upset that we were duped into this Total SCAM!!!

We attended a presentation on September 15, Since that time we have placed phone calls and E-mails to Hot Promotional Vacations Three of the E-mails included one, page letter addressed to MrC*** and other notes indicating we were not happy with the handling of our Caribbean cruise and air-fare request We asked for the dates that were far enough in advance for any travel company to book even if it was for couples The other couple also qualified for the Caribbean cruise and the air-fare promotions We never received our cruise or air-fare and that is why we are requesting a refundThey did not meet their contract They never booked a cruise for either couple After phone calls and E-mails we still do not have a cruise booked for us I have cancelled checks and a credit card statement for proof of payment Also the other company they referred us to said they needed more money for us to book a cruise through them It was like we were starting all over again *** express did not book a trip for us either We do not plan to send any more money to *** express or anyone else since we feel we have been scammed

My wife and I received one and ONLY ONE quote dated 11/7/The quote had errors and incomplete information so we requested corrections
HPV's response requested that I send copies of the two processed checks to prove my paymentThis is the THIRD time I've sent these attachmentsFirst on 11/22/and again on 12/19/Why does HPV have no record of this???
Please send me a refund ASAP

Ditto to previous review!!! Do not do business with these companiesA refund was not granted even though information said within days it would beThis is my last correspondence with HPV and A*** ** *** ***:
This is all complete nonsense and you know it! I followed all instructions precisely and have kept all documents and records of correspondence I have still not been informed as to why my emails were not answered in a timely fashion, or why it is that the people who answer the phone don't have a clue what the "email department" is doing at HPV, or why after I reply to an email, I have to write three more times only to get a reply with my wrong information! We signed up to receive a cruise and airfare and understood that we would be responsible for taxes and surcharges "which will range between $to $per person." No mention was made of application fees, but in good faith we paid them and assumed that we would get what we were offered Then made an additional deposit of $ Shame on us for being so stupidIf, as I was told, "promotional" vacations are being phased out by R*** C*** - which is what we had requested, how is it that a promotional vacation by Carnival could cost more than $per person when we were told our charges would be much less as mentioned above?! You certainly can't tell me that additional charges for peak season would go up from $pp to $975! Additionally, why would be even be offered a "discounted" cruise when that is not what we applied for - and agreed to? I can - and have - purchased cruise packages including air far less than what you are offering - and this vacation was supposed to be "free" with certain minimal surcharges And as far as the 90-day period, I completed paperwork in August and promptly mailed the confirmation back in September - months ago Clearly, if these companies deal with this every day, the time factor should have been taken into consideration and a quote sent to me long agoAnd the options you are offering now are unreasonable For medical reasons I have no desire to share with you, I cannot travel at a later time As far as going with C*** B***, it isn't a viable option because I have to give three dates days apart which doesn't work for travel in February or MarchYour plan is quite deceptive and borders on fraudulent practices I will definitely report this to the Revdex.com, among other agencies dealing with companies who defraud their clients And, obviously, I am not alone A search and review of your company's history online reveals many other dissatisfied customers with similar complaints I certainly now regret not doing this research sooner - our original paperwork would never have been submitted Word of mouth can help businesses but it can also destroy them These vacation offerings are a scam and a ripoff, and I plan on warning as many people as possible about the activities of both Hot Promotional Vacations and A*** ** *** ***
