In response to your client's complaint, it must be noted that this client received and activated his certificate on 10/1/2014.  It would have expired on 10/1/2015.  Hot Promotional extended him a courtesy to process his reservation request when in fact, we were under no obligation to do...

so.  Promotional vacations are based on availability and certain dates or Cruise lines cannot be guaranteed.  We made your client aware of this fact through several emails that were sent to him.  We will be happy to accommodate your client, if they decide to go forward with the quote offered them.  If they choose not to accept it, I am sorry to say there is not much I can do for this client at this time. C. I am rejecting this response because: they are charging more than taxes and fees. They are charging the full cost of the cruise. And I was told I would get what was promised if we requested pricing at the 90 day point before the cruise and. It's been over a week since we submitted that request for a cruise October 24th and still have heard nothing back.

In response to your client's rejection, it must be noted that we fulfill vacation reservation requests to the best of our ability.  We spend a lot of time securing the best quotes available.  We cannot afford to do it for Free.  If we were a scam as [redacted] claims, why bother to go through the process of securing reservation quotes for her.  If someone promised her something for Free for viewing a presentation, she should take the matter up with them.  We stand by our previous response.
We have gone the extra mile for this client.  There are no refunds at this point.  She can re-submit her request if she prefer, but unfortunately their is not much I can for this client at this time.  We stand by our policy below.  This is my final response of this matter.
REFUND POLICY- Once you have submitted a reservation request and received a quote on your request, there are no refunds of the vacation deposit. You may request a refund of your vacation deposit if you do not submit a travel request within twelve months of your vacation activation date.

complaint.  I am confused as to why this complaint was filed against us.  We are the fulfillment company only.  We have absolutely nothing to do with marketing or do we make any offer of Free vacations to anyone.No company can afford to travel anyone for Free.  The certificates that your client received at his presentation states that he is responsible for taxes, fees and surcharges.  Our staff put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available anywhere.  They cannot afford to do it for Free.  If he has a problem concerning the promotional offer, I suggest he take it up with the company he received certificates from.If your client want to book travel through us, he will have to pay the fees.  If not, he can return all of his certificates along with receipt and letter stating reason for refund request and it will be granted. Sincerely,Charles C[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I would like to discuss an extension and better quote for next year (2017) with Hot Promotional Vacations.  I had to move on with other vacation plans as well as my daughter and her husband [redacted] and [redacted] (complain ID [redacted] date filed 3/11/2016). They sent in the same information and made payments - our final paper was sent in together on the same date as one request.  She paid $98.00 twice (check numbers [redacted] and check # [redacted]) to [redacted] Vacations dated 5/7/2015 and two $50.00 checks were sent to Hot Promotional Vacations (checks # [redacted] and [redacted]) dates 6/16/2015.  We need to know if the future quote includes the taxes and gratuity.
My daughter and I need to speak with Mr. C[redacted] to work out future arrangements.  We need help from the Revdex.com to ensure we have better experience next time.
