 Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:How can Ms C[redacted] person flat out say I'm in error without the proof.  The only response I received from their team was on JUNE 24th 2016 after the dates I choose which, were 5/4 to 5/11/2019 or 5/25/ to 6/1/16.  I wrote to them when I received the email and I have attached it.  I followed the introduction and I gave ample time for transaction to occur.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I would like to discuss an extension and better quote for next year (2017) with Hot Promotional Vacations.  I had to move on with other vacation plans as well as my daughter and her husband [redacted] and [redacted] (complain ID [redacted] date filed 3/11/2016). They sent in the same information and made payments - our final paper was sent in together on the same date as one request.  She paid $98.00 twice (check numbers [redacted] and check # [redacted]) to [redacted] Vacations dated 5/7/2015 and two $50.00 checks were sent to Hot Promotional Vacations (checks # [redacted] and [redacted]) dates 6/16/2015.  We need to know if the future quote includes the taxes and gratuity.My daughter and I need to speak with Mr. C[redacted] to work out future arrangements.  We need help from the Revdex.com to ensure we have better experience next time.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not know what the options are. I was told the company would revisit our situation in February, 2016, which we have heard nothing... there is nothing to look at. I would be glad to try to see what our options are if the company would forward them.  As of now, I am gong by what I was told over the phone from a representative of the company and am still waiting for an option.

Below is the only Quote I ever received from Hot Promotional vacations.   This quote says our price was influenced because we gave less than 90 days.  That is not true.  We gave well over 90 days.The cruise they quote below does not exist.  We checked on [redacted]'s website, and there is no such cruise.We were only supposed to be charged taxes, fess, and upgrades.  There is no detail of what these fees are for.  When I priced out something similar to below, taxes, fees and upgrade were half the quote they provided.When I requested more information about this phantom cruise, I was given the run around by more than 3 people at Hot Promotional Vacations.  Not a single person could outline or tell me what these fees were, or why I couldn't find said cruise on [redacted]'s website.I was asked to resubmit my request,  I did,  I never received a new quote.  (Where I specifically asked for a breakdown of the cost)This company did not provide the package as advertised.  I was supposed to be given a "free cruise and airfare" for two.  This quote is just a little less than half of what I would pay if I did it on my own.  I was supposed to only be responsible for taxes, fees and upgrades.  The quote below is phony, and this company owes me a refund.The following factors influenced the price of your vacation package:•              The requested vacation is under the 90 day advanced notice•              The requested departure time is a peak fly time•              The requested departure day is a peak fly day•              Destinations like Las Vegas or NYC or similar popular destinations, do not have an off peak season•              Specific request may influence the price of your vacation Travel Request Quote – Provided BelowTravel Request for : [redacted] & [redacted]              Departing : May 20th, 2016            From : Cincinnati, OH  (CVG) Leaving at : 7:15AM  Arriving to : Fort Lauderdale (FLL) 9:39 AMReturning May 25th, 2016From : Fort Lauderdale (FLL)Leaving at : 10:49 AM Arriving to: Cincinnati, OH (CVG)  1:19 PM Cruise[redacted]May 20th, 2016 / May 25th, 20165 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise  ( category 4A Inside )Departing : Fort LauderdaleTotal Amount Due $519 Per Person$50 Deposit has been applied to this total

I spoke to [redacted] Airlines today and the woman I spoke to said that the holiday is March 27th, I requested to fly on March 21st and March 29th.   I also asked to speak to the people that sent out the initial postcard that had [redacted] Airlines on it, which was the only reason that I attended the timeshare seminar,  because [redacted] is a reputable company.  They said that this was never sent out by them.

In response to your client's complaint, it must be noted that this client received and activated his certificate on 10/1/2014.  It would have expired on 10/1/2015.  Hot Promotional extended him a courtesy to process his reservation request when in fact, we were under no obligation to do so.  Promotional vacations are based on availability and certain dates or Cruise lines cannot be guaranteed.  We made your client aware of this fact through several emails that were sent to him.  We will be happy to accommodate your client.  We will offer him another quote by end of day.  If they choose not to accept it, I am sorry to say there is not much I can do for this client at this time. C. I am rejecting this response because: As I had previously stated in my last response, the company failed to provide services of travel as per the voucher for the cruise and airfare. Seeing as their quote was $1135 and the voucher would cover the total amount, a free trip should be booked. Terms from their website are listed below again. Thus, I will not submit another request for travel, as I do not feel the company is upholding it's terms, and therefore expect my full refund. My stance on this will not change. I am rejecting this response because: It is not a resolution. I do not disagree that this form was sent to me again. This is the same thing I filled out in September and was excepted. When I filled it out the second time I was met with all kinds of resistance asked why they could not fulfill what they had agreed to. The first time I provided ample notice with travel dates. Then I was asked to fill out this form again with me Explanation as to why. I complied.  I have the same dates which had been accepted almost a year prior. At his point a gentleman named Jason told me my request could not be honored.  We exchanged many emails - most of which he insulted my intelligence by saying I don't understand the procedure.   I repeatedly asked him to call me.  He would not.  I repeatedly called the office. That was useless. No sent emails to Marie and finally got a responds. I have forwarded emails to this organization where they verified receiving my mateitals.  I have repeatedly asked why my dates were not honored. Nobody will give me a response.  I spoke to a supervisor at one point as stated. He told me Jaso had been gone for some time. Now could that be if he co ya red me?  Also his same supervisor told me he'd personally send me out a new vacation package  bit never happened  I called repeatedly and sent emails  nothing    As of last week Cris told me my voucher was expired. He also told me the matter was closed. I reminded him I had written documentation to the contrary. He recanted.  Then I was told my voucher would expire this month.  I am not disputing that I received the Jine email  I did  I filled it out   just like the first time it was pointless    Why should I donut again    I simply want what I was promised airline tickets and a cruise for two   This is something the organization has not provided and won't   I have complied with the requests   I have called  I have emailed if thtisnis just a bogus process to get people to look at timeshare they should be penalized

I would like to accept this response, but yet again, there is inconsistency with what is being stated.  The statement concerning constant contact completely false.  They have not attempted any contact with me since my last phone call to them more than a week ago.  I am unsure how this constitutes constant contact.  This seems to be yet another empty promise.  I continue to await any contact, most specifically the email promised to be sent to me a week ago.

requesting, we sent them through another vendor ([redacted]).  They were able to accommodate the couples at the price they were requesting.  All parties understood that once Cruise certificates were sent to them, there would be No Refunds!!  In order for your client's to receive their Promotional Cruise, they will have to submit their requests through [redacted].  Just have them follow instructions on certificate.  They were very aware of the Terms and Conditions concerning this Cruise offer.  We stand by our policy!  No refunds will be forth coming at this time.C.
