In response to your client's complaint, she was offered a very good quote for individuals. The rate she received was based on the date she was traveling as well as availability and port of departure.She was attempting to travel during the Memorial Day weekend. All prices are higher at
that time. My staff and I worked very hard to find her the best rates possible during that time. She was well aware of the Terms and Conditions concerning her reservation request. She must understand that all Travel is promotional and are subject to availability. Holidays are subject to additional surcharges. She may resubmit her request or request an exchange or extension, but no refund will be forth coming.We stand by our Refund Policy. This is in response to your client's complaint. I am confused as to why this complaint was filed against us.
We are the fulfillment company only. We have absolutely nothing to do with marketing or do we make any offer of Free vacations to anyoneNo company can afford to travel anyone for Free. The certificates that your client received at his presentation states that he is responsible for taxes, fees and surcharges. Our staff put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available anywhere. They cannot afford to do it for Free. If he has a problem concerning the promotional offer, I suggest he take it up with the company he received certificates fromIf your client want to book travel through us, he will have to pay the fees. If not, he can return all of his certificates along with receipt and letter stating reason for refund request and it will be granted

As I had previously stated in my last response, the company failed to provide services of travel as per the voucher for the cruise and airfareSeeing as their quote was $and the voucher would cover the total amount, a free trip should be booked.

Hot Promotional extended him a courtesy to process his reservation request when in fact, we were under no obligation to do so.?
