In response to your client's complaint, we offered her a day cruise quote with *** for $369pp. She was complaining about the fact that she wanted to travel on *** ***. She has to realize that these Cruises are promotional and are based on availability. We offered her a quote for *** *** that was considerably higher and of course she did not want thatWe have gone the extra mile for this client. There are no refunds at this point. She can re-submit her request if she prefer, but unfortunately their is not much I can for this client at this timeCris C***

At this point, I so not trust that a satisfactory outcome will occurThe excuse given to Revdex.com is indeed about as lame and disingenuous as any I have heard. I believe the only reason we have received any kind of response from this entity, which I tried to contact several times before filing a complaint, is because I filed the complaint. I am indeed grateful to Revdex.com for taking on this matter and pursuing it to this point

I am rejecting this response because: I responded to MrC*** in early January and filled out the very form that he is now resending in June After filling out the form, I was supposed to receive confirmation in one week I received NOTHING from MrC*** after repeated attempts to communicate with him Thus, my time to request that my money be returned had expired A person of character would recognize this and have the money returned Only when the Revdex.com contacted him did I receive ANYTHING from him Five and a half months later he arose from the dead Thank you to the Revdex.com.However, now he is offering vacation packages that require me to send more money to him That will never happen.I still maintain that my money should be returned to me and if that doesn't happen I will discredit these two companies, Away to *** *** and Hot Pormotional Vacations, obviously one and the same or connected, in any way that I can I hope that the Revdex.com will post my initial complaint on their website along with the other complaints that have been received and posted I would also not be opposed to be contacted by the media regarding this fraud.*** ***

He was very rude, belligerent and difficult to work withHe was offered several quotes.No company can afford to travel anyone for FreeThe certificates that your client received at his presentation states that he is responsible for taxes, fees and surchargesOur staff put in a lot of time to insure your client receives the best quote available on the marketThey cannot afford to do it for FreeIf he has a the problem concerning the promotional offer I suggest he take it up with the company he received the certificate fromWe will make another attempt to satisfy your client’s request, but his refund request is denied.If your client wants to book travel through us, he will have to pay the feesREFUND POLICY- Once you have submitted a reservation request and received a quote on your request, there are no refunds of the vacation deposit You may request a refund of your vacation deposit if you do not submit a travel request within twelve months of your vacation activation date.Your client was aware of our refund policy prior to sending in reservation depositAdditional documentation supporting our claim as attached.Sincerely,Charles C. I spoke to *** Airlines today and the woman I spoke to said that the holiday is March 27th, I requested to fly on March 21st and March 29th I also asked to speak to the people that sent out the initial postcard that had *** Airlines on it, which was the only reason that I attended the timeshare seminar, because *** is a reputable company They said that this was never sent out by them.

In response to your client's complaint, we have no record of him paying us $98.00. He will have to contact other party involved (ATPV) and request refund from them

I am rejecting this response because: First off, They are fully aware of what they are participating in.The first pricing we received was at full travel agent priceI can book it with any agent at that costSo the fact that they say it is only taxes and fees is a complete lieThey know this alsoThe girls in their office told me to request a cruise date days out or less and I would get the right costWe did this and have never heard back from them, I talked to them a couple times and they keep delaying to give us the price (taxes and fees for the cruise) They have yet to answer any messages left concerning the cost of the October 24th cruiseI am attaching all the documents and information we received from both companies and information including an email sent to away to paradise todayHave also left them a voice mail.We will not go away on thisThis is a complete scam and I want it to be on the public record so this is put to a stop.I answered this once, Why are you sending this request again?

I am rejecting this response because: Our e-mails and phone calls have never been returnedThey have never sent us any money backThey should provide proof they emailed us back and proof how when/how they returned our registration money back. The process is we register with them, which we didWe send our registration funds to them, which we did.
