In response to your client's complaint, it must be noted that this client received and activated his certificate on 10/1/2014.? It would have expired on 10/1/2015.? Hot Promotional extended him a courtesy to process his reservation request when in fact, we were under no obligation to do so.? Promotional vacations are based on availability and certain dates or Cruise lines cannot be guaranteed.? We made your client aware of this fact through several emails that were sent to him.? They were able to accommodate the couples at the price they were requesting.? All parties understood that once Cruise certificates were sent to them, there would be No Refunds!!? ? We attended a presentation on September 15, Since that time we have placed phone calls and E-mails to Hot Promotional Vacations Three of the E-mails included one, page letter addressed to MrC*** and other notes indicating we were not happy with the handling of our Caribbean cruise and air-fare request We asked for the dates that were far enough in advance for any travel company to book even if it was for couples The other couple also qualified for the Caribbean cruise and the air-fare promotions We never received our cruise or air-fare and that is why we are requesting a refundThey did not meet their contract They never booked a cruise for either couple After phone calls and E-mails we still do not have a cruise booked for us I have cancelled checks and a credit card statement for proof of payment Also the other company they referred us to said they needed more money for us to book a cruise through them It was like we were starting all over again *** express did not book a trip for us either We do not plan to send any more money to *** express or anyone else since we feel we have been scammed

I am rejecting this response because: First off, They are fully aware of what they are participating inThe first pricing we received was at full travel agent priceI can book it with any agent at that costSo the fact that they say it is only taxes and fees is a complete lieThey know this alsoThe girls in their office told me to request a cruise date days out or less and I would get the right costWe did this and have never heard back from them, I talked to them a couple times and they keep delaying to give us the price (taxes and fees for the cruise) They have yet to answer any messages left concerning the cost of the October 24th cruise

I am rejecting this response because: It is not a resolutionI do not disagree that this form was sent to me againThis is the same thing I filled out in September and was exceptedWhen I filled it out the second time I was met with all kinds of resistance asked why they could not fulfill what they had agreed toThe first time I provided ample notice with travel datesThen I was asked to fill out this form again with me Explanation as to whyI complied I have the same dates which had been accepted almost a year priorAt his point a gentleman named Jason told me my request could not be honored We exchanged many emails - most of which he insulted my intelligence by saying I don't understand the procedure I repeatedly asked him to call me He would not I repeatedly called the officeThat was uselessNo sent emails to Marie and finally got a respondsI have forwarded emails to this organization where they verified receiving my mateitals I have repeatedly asked why my dates were not honoredNobody will give me a response I spoke to a supervisor at one point as statedHe told me Jaso had been gone for some timeNow could that be if he co ya red me? Also his same supervisor told me he'd personally send me out a new vacation package bit never happened I called repeatedly and sent emails nothing As of last week Cris told me my voucher was expiredHe also told me the matter was closedI reminded him I had written documentation to the contraryHe recanted Then I was told my voucher would expire this month I am not disputing that I received the Jine email I did I filled it out just like the first time it was pointless Why should I donut again I simply want what I was promised airline tickets and a cruise for two This is something the organization has not provided and won't I have complied with the requests I have called I have emailed if thtisnis just a bogus process to get people to look at timeshare they should be penalized
