I would have been satisfied if TripAdvisor had followed through and issued the refund they had promised I received several emails from Trip Advisor saying they would send me a check but they have not Checking my bank records yesterday I found that the refund had never been made by automatic deposit either Therefore I am not satisfied with the business’s response Regards, [redacted]
