I am writing to you in regards to unresolved complaint # [redacted] with customer [redacted] The customer contacted us on July 27th of this year to inform us she had booked a property in Maine in error at a cost of $1,USDAs a possible refund is up to the discretion of the homeowner the customer booked with, we contacted the homeowner to inquire if they would be willing to issue oneThe homeowner agreed, and due to the circumstance we offered Ms [redacted] a refund in full, including all fees, which was subsequently processed on August 3rdWe made multiple attempts to contact the customer to inform this refund had been issued; those attempts were unsuccessfulI would note here that in this instance we released a full refund of $USD when the customer was only requesting $USD, as we agreed to refund our non-refundable booking fee in addition to the funds the customer was due after we received the required confirmation from the homeownerWould the Revdex.com require a certain kind of evidence or documentation to confirm such a refund has been released back to the customer? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Two days ago I spoke with a manager at TripAdvisor named [redacted] *** I explained to Mr [redacted] that the salesperson ( [redacted] ***) that originally sold me the TripAdvisor service did not provide the service that he promised Mr [redacted] went as far as telling me that he was too busy to help me when I asked for it I also told me that the next person that was assigned to replace Mr [redacted] also did not help Lastly, I explained that I called and was left on hold without anyone ever answering for more than minutes...Mr [redacted] was sympathetic and apologetic of the past services and tried to convince me that their product and services have improved I asked Mr [redacted] to stop the automatic payment that was being taken from my bank account He could not (or possibly would not) but said that he'd talk with his Director and would contact me the next day I didn't hear from Mr [redacted] again nor did I hear from his director I don't think I should be charged for the service that I'm not getting Regards, [redacted]
