You submitted two inquiries to this homeowner, one specified you were intending on bringing two dogs with you, and the other separate request did not specify you were bringing any petsThe owner accepted your booking request which did not specify you were bringing pets, as this request was submitted under a different nameI understand you did not feel comfortable paying the owner's pet fee and you opted to proceed with cancelling your bookingBy cancelling your booking, the booking cancels in accordance with the booking's cancellation policy you agreed to at time of booking, which indicates by paying for your reservation with *** you are paying a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $USDOur booking fee is described in every booking's cancellation policy, which is communicated to our travelers prior to booking confirmation. Revdex.com: first of all I never said that I didn't receive an email I did receive an email but it wasn't the one that you told the Revdex.com I would be getting you said that somebody would be contacted me with more information and what explain what exactly happened instead I basically got an email telling you that it was Secret why you pulled my ad the thing is that you didn't say you pull that you said that it wasn't published the thing is is it was published four days and then all the sudden just out of the blue you found something wrong with it that doesn't sound suspicious to you and there were two other people on my reservation who stayed in the room who experienced most of the same stuff that I experienced the problems and issues the hotel had we all three wrote individual reviews on our own and it's amazing how all three of those reviews just happen to be flagged on the exact same day to me I'm pretty sure the general manager who took the reviews very personally and unprofessionally probably had an issue with it and now she's attempting to get the reviews removed which apparently TripAdvisor is going right along with I thought you wanted honest fair reviews of a hotel they aren't all going to be good occasionally there's going to be a hiccup there's going to be a problem you can look at my reviews I actually stayed at two different hotels that same weekend the other Hotel was absolutely perfect so it's not like I find something wrong at every Hotel I feel like I'm a very fair reviewer and I've reviewed hundreds of properties and all the sudden in one week I have two reviews flagged by another user again that isn't send up any red flags to you I would appreciate it if somebody would be honest with me and the Revdex.com and actually tell me what's going on

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***As you said "It is rare that any online travel organization would be able to guarantee a particular room type", I think you then should not say “Queen Superior”room and describe it as "Delightful accommodations with a Queen bed, beautiful Spanish furniture and Louver Doors that… "I called *** immediately after checkin and they did not gave any explanation but only repeat "sorry but we can do nothing about it"This is not my first time to book a hotel from tripadvisor or other online travel organization. So are you telling me that I booked a queen bed room from the website and then got twin size beds was a very common thing? I think there are so many better excusesBesides, on the information sheet the hotel provided us (I still have it if you want to see), it was saying we wanted a "twin bed room"So I think the only problem here is that you put the queen size bed room description online and then told the hotel to prepare a double twin beds roomIf it is your booking partner's mistake, then you should talk to them and try to figure out how to fix it but not tell the customer who suffered from this that it was not your fault, otherwise other people may face the same problem when they book their room from tripadvisor later

This company purposely made this process difficult by trying to bully a customer into staying as an account holderIt wasn't until multiple attempts and my promise to start contacting others affiliated with the company did they finally give an answerWithout my promise to contact others I can only assume that the company would have continued to bully me into keeping my account and would have ignored my request to completely close my account and remove all of my personal information from the company's server.
