When I contacted you I also contacted the CEO of Trip Advisor.Once he received my voicemail, my listing was corrected.Regardless, this should not be the way a small business gets it's listing corrected.It took weeks for Trip Advisor to correct my listing, which cost my business valuable time and money.They should be held responsible for that.How many other small businesses had their complaints outsourced and lost time and money because of this?

*** *** When his site opens up it says you can book day and even gives you a day rate, I asked for days and he says usally I like a week, well that is not good enough for me

TripAdvisor has only two things that they are able to do for me in order to resolve this issueThe first is to contact *** and req uest them to hide the problem which would be a bandage fix that may not be effectiveThe second would be to post on their forums in order to get another person to helpI wasn't sure if this counts as an accepted or rejected responseI chose rejected since my complaint has not been resolved by the companyPerhaps I should add that my complaint would be more effectively resolved if it were forwarded to someone with enough authority to apply common sense practices that still align with company policyCustomer support seems to be trained well but aren't enabled to resolve complex issues such as this.
