I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** After receiving an email from the business directly I responded with a lengthy replyI then sent a follemail the next day after not hearing back from the representative with tripadvisor I have still not received a response of any kind from the companyI hope that the company will respond and resolve the matter I wouldn't imagine that tripadvisor would want to publicize a slanderous post from an individual who is doing so as an attempt to extort money to remove the post as the individual tried to do through *** which is the company I advertise throughThis attempt however was refused by *** when they received the messages that the individual had sent threatening to leave negative reviews if they were not paid what they were asking which is extortion and Violates ***s terms and conditionsI do not advertise or list any information about myself or my property with tripadvisor as other businesses or people doBecause of this there is no reason for tripadvisor to Allow a slanderous post against myself to standFor all of these reasons I have asked the company to remove the post which I believe is more than fair given the situation

I am reaching out to you in regards to the unresolved complaint #***. The customer raised a complaint with the Revdex.com expressing her concerns about the end of her subscription and queried whether this will be auto-renewedThe customer was in contact with us previously (January 2016) where one of our customer advisors has confirmed that she was opted out of our auto-renewal option, in which case no payments were due be taken automatically. At the end of her subscription, Ms *** has been in communication with our renewals team in May and her account was switched from the annual subscription to our ‘Free to List’ (commission based) model as per the account logs below: We do recognise that as a business we have failed to contact the customer in a more timely manner and will further investigate why her request was not actioned promptlyHowever, we can confirm that Ms ***’s account was not on auto renewal and that her annual listing has not been renewed as requested.
