I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below Again, the property listing is not correctly identified The previous email I attached the correspondence with trip advisor which clearly shows the property identification, the email addresses of both parties, and the complaint number filed through trip advisor The property ID is *** The trip advisor complaint number is *** Everything from my end has been clearly stated for almost months now and it just adds to the growing feeling that trip advisor has no intention of following their own terms and conditions but also that the company does not respect the legitimate businesses it is harming through their practices I want the fraudulent review removed immediately and I want a formal apology for the damage which has been caused to my business due to negligence and refusal to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by trip advisor

*** *** The only difference is the additional fee, of which was not stated anywhere, however I did discuss this with the agent on the telephone and we reached an amicable agreement in order to resolve this issue. I am comfortable with the resolution of the issue being resolved between myself and the company. Please be aware that in the future if there are any other issues, I will again try to resolve it with the company--as I did this time first--before contacting your company and hopefully they will be willing to listen to me, the consumer, rather than pass me on to six different agents: none of whom could give me truthful answers and resolve this in the first place. Thank you for your help. I would also add that it is a sad state for a company when a customer has to contact a Revdex.com office and file a complaint in order to get any sort of response that could have resulted in this being resolved within a day or two

Hello [redacted], Thank you for sending along your response. We would like to clarify that although your booking was made on the TripAdvisor site, the payment information is sent to and processed by the hotel directly. TripAdvisor does not collect payment for these bookings and thus we are not in possession of your payment for the two bookings you mentioned. Please feel free to black out any information not relating to the payments and applicable refunds for your bookings on your credit card statement; our team will only need to see the information pertaining to your bookings. The only email I have received from Trip Advisor was a five question satisfaction survey which I did complete.  I still have no email address to use to communicate with them.  Only after filing a complaint with you did I see a phone number and ground mail address through your website.  I will send them another letter and documentation that they requested in their communication with you.  We still feel that we have been swindled through their website and that we should received a refund.  Thanks for your help, [redacted]

I would have been satisfied if TripAdvisor had followed through and issued the refund they had promised.  I received several emails from Trip Advisor saying  they would send me a check but they have...

not.  Checking my bank records yesterday I found that the refund had never been made by automatic deposit either.  Therefore I am not satisfied with the business’s response.

My name is [redacted] and I form part of the Customer Relations Team for TripAdvisor. Our department is mainly tasked with handling escalations and complaints from a variety of sources from our global community. Hence, your query has reached us via Revdex.com as it is my understanding that you have some questions and concerns with regards to the ownership change submissions you have made on behalf of '[redacted] Morro Bay' and received varying degrees of assistance from TripAdvisor's Customer Support Team regarding this inquiry.I wanted to start off by going over what TripAdvisor employees across all of our offices and departments are allowed to request when it comes to the type of documents that we accept in order to process an ownership change. Acceptable forms of documentation need to be signed and notarized and include:• An online press release or newspaper article documenting the ownership change;• A copy of the deed; • Receipt of purchase;• Transfer of ownership document;For the documents referred to above, we also need to be able to verify the following:·         Name and the address of the business;·         The date of ownership change;·         Signatures of both previous and new owners;·         Government body approval - notary, council etc. (where applicable);I'm am afraid we were unable to process your request to remove all the content for your accommodation prior to the 01/11/2016 due to the fact that the documentation that you kindly provided to us thus far was incomplete. We are currently unable to validate the signature of the vendor on the 'Deed of Trust'; we can only validate the name and the address of the business, the date that the ownership change took place, the buyers signature - that of '[redacted]' and a notarized stamp. I appreciate that you also attached a copy of a 'MEMBERSHIP INTEREST PURCHASE AGREEMENT' to your initial request; unfortunately, at this moment in time we are unable to accept the latter as proof of change of ownership.Would you be so kind as to make the necessary amendment to the attached 'Deed of Trust' by ensuring that we can validate signatures of both the previous and the new owners. May I kindly ask that the revised document is attached in PDF file format.Our editors will verify the information provided and make the necessary changes. In the event of an ownership change TripAdvisor will remove the old reviews/photos from a listing as the reviews prior to the ownership change would no longer accurately reflect the current conditions under the new proprietors.
