I ordered 2 bottels of Alfred Sung Jewel, however never recieved anything

Unhappy consumer
I ordered products from House of Beauty and was told that on the 10th of August my order has been shipped. It is the 20th of August and my products have not arrived. I try to call and there is no answer. The latest due date is now August the 24th. However, when I tracked it through UPS it says that they still haven't received any package. I have filed with the better business bureau and hopefully I will get either my products or my money back.
