I was asking for a full refund due to the fact you charged for shipping and handling on my card. You never told us that you didn't have the product until we contacted you. We would have never found out that you were not able to complete the order due to you not having the product in stock if we had not called you. You were going to try and keep our money and it took you from the date of the original order until 10/30/15 to refund what you wanted to give us. I want the difference to be credited to my card which is $20. The total cost was $68. Quality customer service is still the order of the day and the business. Regards, [redacted]
