I am rejecting this response because:I did not received the product until two weeks laterWhen I contacted the seller prior to receiving the product the customer service rep was rude, hung up on me , and basically stated that if I wanted to find my merchandise, then I would have to contact my local post office to file a where's my package claimShe also stated that they were not responsible once it left their facility, and the tracking info they supplied at the time was not valid according to the USPS.

I am rejecting this response because: I can not simply wash off with warm water. The product was damaged and leaked all over the box. The packaging was punctured and broken before they shipped it to me! Please see the emails below that I sent them (copied and pasted below). They are not responding to me via email since I have issued this complaint with Revdex.com.I don't understand why you would need to contact Gigi since HOB does not ship direct from the manufacturerThe product came from your warehouse and it was shipped even though the wax packaging was obviously filthy and damaged when it was packed and it leaked all over the boxThe manufacturer should not have anything to do with it. Your company should reprimand whoever is working in your shipping departmentIf you google your company there are multiple complaints all over the internet of customers being shipped inferior product. I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken with the USPS Wilson, NC Main Location and have been informed that the driver has no recollection of where the package was left due to the length in time that has passedThe USPS also dents being at fault since the company agreed to not ship the item per my request back on 6/9/when they also agreed to expedite a refund. This was told to every representative that I have spoken with in the last monthI also in formated the "Manager" that I spoke with on yesterday of this and I also informed him that I spoke with a previous representative back sometime around 7/or 7/and made that representative aware of this as wellThat same representative stated that they had also spoken with the USPS *** Main location. This would have obviously never been an issue had the company done what they agreed to do initiallyThe package would not be lost or stolen and I would have my money backIt seems as though they refuse to admit their wrong doing despite their own notations in the own system regarding this order.I've sent emails...which I have record of also, made mutiple calls, all to no availThis needs to end asap!
