purchased it in Jan 5, with that said this means that this problem was a manufacturer issue which all means we would of provided you with there number so that they can handle this matter, second when we received your return it was in poor condition without its original box it was used just put in a *** box without no order invoice or anything that in order to find out that it belonged to you we had to look in our system by your postal code cause we didn't know who it belong to, so you know our company didn't send you this item like this so that is the reason why you where not issue your refund because of the way we received your return, you go on here and say that our customer service is poorly but did you not see the emails that we responded back to you stating the condition of the item? so as of now your order was reviewed by the owner of the company and this is unacceptable how you send us this item back and all we can do is provide you with manufacturers customer service number so you can contact them to see what type of warranty that item has and we are shipping it back to youWe are very sorry that this matter had to be handle like that but next time if you send back an item that you purchase regardless if its damaged or not return it in its condition you purchasethank you
