I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The refund was just applied on yesterday. The customer service of this company is awful. I fail to note that I left messages and sent emails for someone to contact me, and they never did. If I had not contacted the Revdex.com, I still wouldn't have received my money back for a purchase that was not even rendered due to the product not being stocked anymore.

Are you mailing this refund to me or are you applying this refund to my credit card?LET ME CLEAR!!!! I never said I did not want to pay reshipping fee. Do not make a false statement, I clearly stated I wanted a refund instead of an exchange or store credit in the amount of the wig only. I did not want an exchange because I did not want to take a chance receiving another wig that smelled like wet dog hair or a wig that did not meet my satisfaction. I do not want a store credit because I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. As a consumer I have a right to a cash refund. Your policy is not fair to online shoppers I returned the wig in excellent condition. This company overcharges for shipping. I received this wig in a white padded envelope and I paid $13.88 for shipping. I returned the wig in a yellow padded envelope and I paid $3.75. REALLY!!!  I have shopped online in the past and if I returned the product within the certain time frame, and in excellent condition I received a REFUND on my credit card. You cannot force any customer to accept an exchange or a store credit for online purchases. If I lived in ** then I could visit the store to exchange the product because I will have the ability to see the product before I make a purchase. [redacted]
