I am rejecting this response because:They still haven't addressed the rude customer service and why they didn't respond to emails or why their customer service number kept ringing making me unable to resolve the issue.  Please also address why I was hung up on 5 times and why I was denied access to speaking with a manager.  These are very shady business practices and horrible customer service.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: there response means absolutely nothing, especially when that is a screenshot from the time of the response. Second, I have attached an email that I sent to  Saturday, December 26th. I did not expect to speak with anyone on the 25th considering its a holiday. Yet, no one ever responded. Instead, that Monday when I called and no one answered and I receive an email stating that the items had shipped. I wasn't given any time to cancel or modify the order when there is no viable way to contact customer service. There was no timely response or a response at all. The company was dismissive just like they were in their response. Lastly, they even stated after sending a shipping confirmation that any refused or returned packages would be deducted by [an additional] $12.45. It sets the customer up to be placed in a corner. I wouldn't pay $16.00 for a bottle of cocoa butter. Consequently, this is why the company gets the volume of complaints it does especially on Yelp. I will be submitting a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well.

Problem Description:I already filed a complaint against this business with Revdex.com. They had advised that they would send me a call tag and refund me within working 7-10 business days of when the receive their product. They sent the call tag and I have mailed back their product. It had been more than 7-10 business days and I have yet to receive a refund or any type of communication from the company. I called and left a message and have not received a return call regarding my issue. We've talked to the customer several times and provided him a proof that he was already refunded for the volume difference. We've refunded the customer for $6 after his first request to us. We couldn't refund him for the full amount because he decided to keep items.

I am rejecting this response because:The item was not accurately advertised as stated in original complaint.  Photo on website showed complete unit, wand and handle, not wand only, which was what they were actually selling.  I should not have been charged any restocking fee due to deceptive ad.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
The response presented by the business is still concerning though. And this most recently response is indicative of the level of business is conducted. Gary, it would have been nice to accept responsibility and an apology instead of pointing blame at me with the comment " not 6 months after". I had no issues with your company.  As I saw it, you were being supplied with new product at no charge from the Manufacture. So what if I bring this up after six months.  You were not out any product. It would have been helpful if you took my call and communicated to me that you were sending out new product.  Matters like this should not get to this level.  They do because of failure to communicate or lack of empowerment by employees to resolve if you don't want to deal with it.  When a customer calls and asks for you and they have been referred by the Manufacture, a specific person [redacted], and the customer has reference this person, I think it warrants taking the call OR calling back.  Matt spoke highly of you and as if you are on regular communications with each other. Instead you chose not to communicate and place blame on me.If you have product that expired or will expire shortly, you shouldn't ship it.  I order 3 bottles of this product at a time, and I do so when I am down to 1/2 a bottle on my current supply. The 6 month time lag was due to my consumption rate.  If you would have taken my call or called me back - that would have been apart of the discovery process for you. Being that [redacted] has a shelf life, I would think there are simple inventory management practices that can be implemented to prevent my type of issue. Historically - Ordering product from you has been great. Shipment and timely delivery has been great. Pricing is great. How you handled this issue initially,  Horrible. It's not that an issue happened.  All things can happen for a varying reasons in business/customer transactions.It's how you have handled this up to the point where you shipped out new product is what I have the issue with. Thanks for the replacement product, I appreciate your attention to this. [redacted]
