I am rejecting this response because:
I understand and thank you for the refund that you felt was sufficient. I was asking for a full refund due to the fact you charged for shipping and handling on my card. You never told us that you didn't have the product until we contacted you. We would have never found out that you were not able to complete the order due to you not having the product in stock if we had not called you. You were going to try and keep our money and it took you from the date of the original order until 10/30/15 to refund what you wanted to give us. I want the difference to be credited to my card which is $20. The total cost was $68.  Quality customer service is still the order of the day and the business.  Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR:  I have the payment on my credit card on [redacted] Sun, Dec.27 .for $41.57I continued to email the compny where is my tracking number, where is my invoice and called and got NO ONE TO ANSWER as the reviews  on the Internet said about  HOUSE of BEAUTY WORLD, INC.I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A REFUND...and why would it be $40.83?I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO PULL AS I PAID FOR THEM WHEN I ORDERED THEM.

I am rejecting this response because:They still haven't addressed the rude customer service and why they didn't respond to emails or why their customer service number kept ringing making me unable to resolve the issue.  Please also address why I was hung up on 5 times and why I was denied access to speaking with a manager.  These are very shady business practices and horrible customer service.Regards,
