I reject this cause I was yet speak with manger or supervisor and all they kept doin is pushin on phone with CustomerCare repi feelings though I needed talk to a person in charge no one coulda explain problem how someone send me wrong item and scratch out the order # and still send order to me like nothing ain't happen

Here is proof of the emails back and fourth after I sent them the picture of my invoice/receipt was when I made...

the phone call and spoke with someone who pulled my email up and said that I should hear from someone or them about the item within 48 hours. Then the last email they claim they just received the photo of my receipt which is not true. Now their saying they didn't get a call or email. All lies

I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though this company has no intentions on ever refunding my money as if they did they would have done so, long before now as the promised they would in the initial complaint. I will not accept this response until refund is received because I refuse to have to open and file a thrid complaint over something that should have long been resolved. If you  provide someone with a check number and a time frame for receipt, you would have already taken care of sending the refund. It is my belief that this too will not happen as it didn't the last time.

I am rejecting this response because: this is ridiculous. I don't see that anywhere. And just because you "requested" it doesn't mean they will refund you. Besides, I have not spoken to you up to this point because you intentionally avoided my calls. Again, my call with [redacted] had specific data points showing you missed the cutoff and that you were liable. Further, I don't have your product. It's back in your hands. I shouldn't have to wait for your business to square up an operations issue before I'm given a refund. You have to realize this is not how you do business.At any rate, thank goodness I bought this through [redacted]. They investigated and ruled in my favor and provided me a refund. [redacted], my request is you consider my complaint and move forward based on Revdex.com practices/policies. I would like to warn consumers about this business, however. I would like to point out this business:1. Didn't deliver on time after I was guaranteed overnight delivery.2. Did not want to be held accountable for their error in delivery.3. Kept my money after I returned the product to sender.4. Is non-responsive and Avoided calls and email communication with me for weeks.5. ONLY responded after I escalated this with you. 5. Unethically posed as a different person to avoid my complaint. 6. In the same call, lied about the "accounting department" being closed ...another attempt to avoid the refund7. Still insists on not refunding me because it needs to sort out it's operations...or until they do that (meanwhile they have the product)Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: They do not answer the phone nor do they return phone calls and they did not ship the following day which would of reached me the desired day. Instead it shipped 2 days after in the evening which caused me to not receive my package when desired. I have receoved my package in less time when shipped the day after I placed my order or the same day I ordered. This is not the first time that I have a problem that is problem. I am finished with this company with their incompetence. I am not the only person with these type of complaints, they need new management to solve their customer service issues, if they want to remain in business..
