I spoke to my bank and they charged my account the amount House of Beauty requested. I have never had an issue with my bank in the past.
Attached is the receipt and a copy of my bank statement showing a charge of $63.32. My name is incorrect on the receipt - [redacted] is not my name. I formally reject their claim that they charged $12.85.
