I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and am accepting because I don't want to waste any more time on it although I still don't think it's fair.  I also do not believe I will ever see the $8 unless it is somehow monitored by the Revdex.com.  I was told by HOB multiple times that they were refunding the money or sending the products.  I won't hold my breath.
