I am rejecting this response because: I have never received a refund from House of Beauty at all neither have they reached out to me since last year. The last response they sent was in July 2015 when they claimed they made the refund to a [redacted] account. That was untrue because I never made my purchase by [redacted] - I made the purchase from my debit card. Someone should take a look at reviews online about this company. There are hundreds of messages and complaints about the same kind of conduct over the years. I just wished I had looked at the reviews before I made the purchase. Please find a way to stop them from taking advantage of consumers.

I am rejecting this response because:   I would like for video evidence to be reviewed. I received no conditioner, and only one pack of bobby pins, and no wax in my delivered package. I also have not yet received a refund for the wax as this business continues to state. No refund or refund receipt. They did not send the 3 items mentioned repeatedly and I believe they are not being truthful about weight or video, as these items were not in the box sent.

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unatisfactory to me.  The business claims to have already sent me the return number so that I am able to send back the item for an exchange but this is completely false. I never received the return number via email [redacted]@[redacted].com  and the business did not even bother to give me the return number  in their response. Furthermore, the business failed to prove that they ever sent my return label. It has been over a month since I contacted this business regarding my request for an exchange. I will never order from this business again and I will do my best to warn people about their MIA customer service.For this problem to be resolved I need the return label or number in order to send this item back from an exchange, please.Regards,
