I am rejecting this response because:I will accept it once you admit that you did not ship out the product on sept 28th as you stated...I have proof it was a month later and that it was not you who refunded my money, it was my bank. If people are going to read this I want them to know the WHOLE truth and you keep mincing words to make it seem like you sent me a free item. You still have my money and lied...so, I will accept when you admit those two things...you did not ship the item for more than a month & only after the Revdex.com contacted you and two, you did not refund my money. Thank you, [redacted] P.s.  All these seemingly "nice" messages you're sending contradict what happened when I spoke to you on the phone. I was flat out called a liar and was hung up on...so I also want it made public that you're only writing these messages in this manner because they are public.

Complaint ID [redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgDear [redacted]: I received this morning an email notification from Revdex.com that my file had been closed due to a lack of response from me.  With all due respect, I just received the reimbursement check on Friday, October 9! (against my email to you dated September 28.)  So the delay is not due to my failure to respond to you.  Further, given all of the back and forth and failure on the part of House of Beauty to timely fulfill its assurances, I do not trust it.  Consequently, I will verify that the check is valid before I deposit it.  If it is not a good check, I would end up paying $35 for the bad transaction, which would only add insult to my injury. As banks are closed tomorrow (Columbus Day Holiday), I will not be able to verify the validity of the bank against which the check is written until Tuesday, October 13.   Regards,[redacted]Apt. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  While I am happy with the resolution from my stand point.  I am concerned that HOB is still selling the hair labeled as 100% human hair, plus they increased the price, and yet the product is 100% synthetic.  True resolution would be if they relabeled the product as synthetic, and that way the consumer is fully aware of what it is that they are buying.  By continuing to sell it as 100% human hair they are falsely advertising and deceiving the public.
