I am rejecting this response because:I have tried to track the SHIPPING and it states the same thing order processed true enough the holidays came around but I placed my order on December 06,2014 weeks before the holidays season I needed the products before the 25th I had to go out and purchase more products from another store this is ridiculous I suggest you please be honest with your shipping process so we can be aware that the order will be at least 3 to 4 weeks delayed

dear customer.due to severe weather related problems we were not able to receive a shipment from this particular manufacturer on time your order was cancelled and refunded back to your [redacted] account thank you HOBWORLD.COM

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If the package is received on or before April 23rd, and it contains exactly what I ordered, then I will be satisfied. I already created a [redacted] dispute, for which [redacted] has refunded me the 24.78. I am not sure if [redacted] has also required that House of Beauty refund [redacted]. I am willing to do what I can to resolve payment if the shipment of the correct order is received by the date which House of Beauty has stated (April 23rd). If, however, the package is not received by this date, I will consider these terms null and void.

I have never experienced such poor business practices. I ordered products from the House of Beauty via the Internet over two months ago and to date they have not delivered the products. I have attempted to contact them numerous times but have not received a call back or an email response. Yet I have been charged for the products.
