I accept House of Beauty World's refund.

I have tried on multiple occasions to call this company and each time their customer service is closed even in the middle of the day. I have left my contacts on their voicemail no one has returned my calls. I have tried to return my items since they left things out of my order yet Housed Beauty World still charged me for them. I want to return the items and have my money refunded but no one will answer. I feel as if I paid for these items only receiving half and they just took off with my money. Never again will I ever buy one item from them. I am highly upset and the stores I called say they are not the same company. I need my problem resolved and my money back.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoken with the USPS Wilson, NC Main Location and have been informed that the driver has no recollection of where the package was left due to the length in time that has passed. The USPS also dents being at fault since the company agreed to not ship the item per my request back on 6/9/15 when they also agreed  to expedite a refund. 
This was told to every representative that I have spoken with in the last month. I also in formated the "Manager" that I spoke with on yesterday of this and I also informed him that I spoke with a previous representative back sometime around 7/11 or 7/15 and made that representative aware of this as well. That same representative stated that they had also spoken with the USPS [redacted] Main location. 
This would have obviously  never been an issue had the company done what they agreed to do initially. The package would not be lost or stolen and I would have my money back. It seems as though they refuse to admit their wrong doing despite their own notations in the own system regarding this order.
I've sent emails...which I have record of also, made mutiple calls, all to no avail. This needs to end asap!

I am rejecting this response because:
I have talked to Tameka at HOB & she informed me that I will not be refunded the money for all tubs. I explained to her that the tubs she sent seemed like they were expired/old(we tested 3 out of the 5 tubs purchased). I then called Olivia at [redacted](they make the product) & she informed me that they had never sold their product to HOB.  I believe that HOB sold us old/expired product & that is not what I paid for. They need to refund me the money for all 5 tubs plain & simple. It is fraud to sell a product that 1) is old , 2) doesn't perform the way it should & 3)they don't have permission from that company to sell it.  And I should not get the run around(no one answers or returns calls & I am unable to leave messages due to all voicemails being FULL!) just for a simple refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no apology from HB. It is rude for a customer service representatives to hang up on a customer because I asked for a refund for item I did not receive. Next they only provided  half of the tracking information. HB received the items back their warehouse a long time ago, yet they still refused to refund the money. Luckily I purchased the items tthrough [redacted] and [redacted] refunded my money. [redacted] will collect the funds from HB. I want other consumers to avoid this experience. It should never be a companies policy to hang up on its customers.
