There was not issue in taking the money from my debit card, there should be no problem in giving me a credit. If there had been an attempt to credit my account why hasn't anyone contacted me trying to resolve this matter. Please contact me either by email or phone, they should have all that information. HI, There is a [redacted] Chargeback already for this customer, we cant refund the customer cause there is a Chargeback already in place and the bank will refund them

Good Afternoon We tried to reach customer to resolve the issue. Customer have issued n chargeback through her credit card company . The funds have already been refunded to the customer. To Whom it May Concern, We apologize for [redacted] (Known in our system as Tracy Q***) unsatisfactory experience with her experience thus farAs you can see from the attached images, we had attempted to help [redacted] with her return process but have yet to receive her completed return form, along with pictures of the unopened boxOnce we get those items we will gladly process her return case and send her further return informationIn addition, please see the attached shipping info [redacted] package was handed off to [redacted] on 12/*/and she did not request to cancel her package until ***0/15, full days after her package was in transitAs per our terms and conditions on our website, the customer is responsible for any shipping fee's occurred due to change of mind [redacted]

Very bad companyVery poor customer service....when you can get them to answer the phoneNo response to emails at allThey say day shipping, but that means after it arrives in the states from Hong Kong, which can take a month Stay away from this seller!!!

I also placed a order on 12/*/for shoes and never received anything, I have called hoverboardat least times in two weeks,all ways a recording and that is it.I also email them two times and no response and the money has been taken from my account.I wish I could get my money backIf there is a customer service it STINKS

NEVER AWNSER PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER STILL WAITING ON MY HOVERBOARD
