I order a hoverboard on and was promised delivery in days I did not receive and have still not received my product, I contact the company via their non line and attepted to reach customer service for weeks and the phone continues to Pkace you on a hold after hours I have up So I contact the company via email I received a response which was inaccurate , I brought this to their attention and to date still have no resolution and I've asked the company to call me several times and NO ONE HAS It's - still no product and company continues to give me the run around and has yet to make this problem right !!

But for them to actually follow through with what "their return policy" is I DO NOT think it is so nor do I trust them since the experience I had in the ordering/delivery process and the communication I received! I received an email this morning about the recall of the hoverboardboardsRather than giving people a store credit to their overpriced, poor quality clothing line they need to be refund people their money and keeping the shipping costs of the defective itemsI am interested to see if there will be a class action suit for thisI would like a refundI am a single parent and worked very hard to buy this board for my childShe can't wear any of the clothes on the site so the store credit is pointless and a scam

[redacted] board was delivered to us on February ***. Her board will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee in the next 2-3 business days as per our terms and conditions.

Once the RMA form is filled out customer can send the board to the following address [redacted] ***. Once we receive your board we would be glad to either refund or exchange the merchandise for the customer. This return policy is presented on our website. When customer made the purchase, they are acknowledged about this policy.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hoverboard regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They asked for a picture of the item in the box and a return form filled out and a picture sent of the form I complied with their request I have yet to hear from them again I am still waiting for a return autorization number The days that they list on their website to accept returns has passed because they failed to return my requests for an authorization number In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business supplied me with a return address on after requesting this information since However they do not disclose to the Revdex.com that they refuse to provide a pre-paid shipping label for me to return it AND they advised me they will retain percent of the cost of the item to re-stock itThis business sent me the incorrect item AND I ordered it with 2-day shipping on and I immediately contacted them to advise it was not the product I ordered and wanted to return itI cannot be held responsible to ship this item back at my expense (approx $75+ due to the weight and in the manner it needs to be returned) and a percent restocking fee when they business is completely at faultI am requesting again a pre-paid return label and a full refund upon the company's receipt of the product with no restocking fee deductedIt is in perfect condition In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
