I purchased Led shoes on The advertisement on shipping is very misleadingI have sent several emails to this company with no response on when I will receive shoes that I ordered for a gift for my childWhenever I call I am on hold over minutes and when someone finally picks up they don't say anything for about min because they are too busy laughing with other employeesThe company could not give me an estimated date on when I would receive my orderThey said that I could request a refund but the refund would take a week to processThis company is very unprofessional you hold on for 30-minutes for the recording to hang up on youI am waiting only because my daughter really wanted the shoes and of course they took the money out of my account as soon as I purchasedI am very disappointed at the poor service given and want to warn others about this
