I guess you didn't see the chat that I included? As far as I am concerned the package hasn't been delivered to the correct person. Just because *** states it was delivered doesn't mean it was left at the correct address either. I have had several packages left at neighbors houses. My dispute is that your company told me one thing to get me to purchase the item then did the opposite and that holds you responsible for the package Check out the next to last line from your on-line chat agent. Now tell me that you don't ever say that all packages will be shipped requiring a signatureI have contacted *** and have opened up a dispute with them too.
