Does not include any incentive to trust the company in the future nor does it truthfully describe their response to delivery estimatesNot only do they have the ability to relay the messages from Intel, but when a CSR rep offered that option they immediately followed up with a form response despite the CSR's guarantee that if a response was issued by Intel then it would be forwarded to meThe item is intentionally mislabeled as a pre-order rather than a backorder to deceive, they refuse to forward communication from the manufacturer about delivery estimates despite every other Intel reseller providing that information, and then claim that *** refunds take multiple business days to process which is flat out untrue*** is not restricted to financial business hours for processingAny refund that had been issued via *** would post instantlySince an email follow up was able to get the refund processed within mins of it being sent, its clear that if they actually wished to tell the truth they would state that refunds occur instantly but may take however long they choose to ignore or delay itThis is a clear pattern of lying and deception for the purposes of financial gain.

I clearly purchased it when it was in stock, because I was charged the full amountPlease explain to me again why it's taking over weeks to fulfill an in stock item when ordered and purchased? And not being compensated for the delay and taking $from me with no product

The vendor, B&H Photo, through the online sales process provided a pwindow at the conclusion of my purchase asking if I wanted to purchase a Fair Trade protection plan for this orderAt no time did B&H photo ask if I wanted to purchase individual protection plans for a camera and lenseSince this digital camera and lense were purchased together, and are designed to work as one unit, it could only be understood by a consumer as coverage for both in the context of one orderAt no time did B&H photo or Square Trade provide any information to the contrary, rather led me to believe that I had purchased insurance for both.In fact, Square Trade processed my damaged item return order based on the B&H order number and Square Trade registration provided to them and INSTRUCTED ME TO send them BOTH items (camera and lense) for repair or replacementSubsequently I was advised that the warranty I purchased was not applicable and the defective items would not be returned.I was also advised that the warranty coverage amount provided for the camera was not for the full purchase priceI have not been provided with any reasonable explanation for this reduction in warranty coverage.Please strongly consider the negative feedback that has been posted by numerous consumers like myself on customer experience website ***Over consumers have posted negative feedback of one (1) star based upon their experience with the same deceptive practices and advertisingAs such B&H Photos endorsement, sale, and receipt of a commission for this company for this product is equally egregious

That way, I would not be required to pay any impending brokerage fees and go through all of this hastle like I am nowThey didn't even send any further message confirming that I would pay brokerage feesThe entire reason for my complaint all comes down to fact that I selected an option, thier system messed up, and now I'm paying extra for it
