I must reject your resolutionFirst of all, even if I did call, you are stating that your company sold a service that you yourself say is not reliableThat is not a good business practiceIf *** is unreliable then you should not use them or at least tell the customerSecond your customer service person assured me that a reroute would be done and it was notIf *** is so unreliable then why did your representative do thisThird, you representative said himself that the company messed up when they forgot to do the reroute, so how do we know the reliability of *** in this case? After reviewing the documents sent to me for my order, you make it seem that all I needed to do was just call and you guys could have done this sooner, but you still put the blame on ***, when the request never went inWhy was the request never submitted to ***? Why does the confirmation on the reroute still have my old address?Your reply makes it seem if I was warned that I was warned of the unreliability of ***, and yet I was notI was not told about the rerouting not being a guarantee until after I called and complained that your company failed to follow through on a paid service.I do understand your statement that I could have looked at the prior emails, however when I put the order in I used my current address and I assumed that was enough so I had no need to look any further, not knowing that *** would have it changedThat still does not explain why the request was not fulfilled

The laptop was used weeks and it stopped workingAs a customer, we did not do anything wrongWe did not wipe the monitor before we send it back to B&H because we were upset that B&H sold the defected product to usI wiped the screen after B&H sent back the product and it is all cleaned
We are the victim of the defected product --- a laptop that my years old saved one-year of his allowance ($800) to buyAs a customer, we did not do anything wrongWhy B&H charge us 15% fee? We are qualifying for a full refund of this laptopImage the same situation happen to you and how you feel?
I spend hours and hours of my time to deal with B&HMy son got very sad during the situationAll those are expensive

Thank you for your response and for your timeWhile I understand the sentiment of your response, it does not explain why your advertisement was left in place beyond the expiration of the offer. This, in itself, if misleading regardless of whatever policy Nikon has in place at the timeIn essence, you need to remove the ad from your website once it expires.
