Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went there on Friday interest in the Toyota and the sales rep Jovany told me that because of that price they wouldn't approve it he didn't show me the Toyota or send the paperwork to see if I can get approvehe only check for the Audi and the HyundaiHe told me at the spot I wasn't approve for the Audi, I had to go it was 7pm and I had to pick my mother up from wok I told him, he said he will call me and let me know if I was approve for the Hyundaitill today Jovany hasn't call me, as I said I call many times and they didn't answer or they will hang up at mewhen I call and ask for an apt with the owner after having me waiting on hold for 5min the secretary pass me to the supply Eman Sales managerhe was the one that told me I wasn't approve for the Hyundai and he told me the owner wouldn't see me or talk to meand he told me about another car in the price range that I was approve for, I told him I would call back and he gave me his extension # so afterword after looking at the inventory online I call him back it was 4pm he told me he will be there till 5pm he didn't answer so I left a message , that was Wednesday 9/28/after noon and today is 9/30/and he still hasn't call me back with an answerat this point I don't want any business with this car dealerI just want to put out there how they treat there customersthey are all playing games I guess even the ownerif he even knows what's going on in his businessand the commercial on the radio never said on new carsthis place should be closeor if the employees don't want to help or don't like there job they should quit, find something they good atbecause they are terrible on taking care of customers that are looking for some helpnow they have all my info and I wonder what they will do with it because I put a complainif they are capable of doing this to me and everyone cover each other Regards, [redacted]

I bought a Subaru Forrester on Dec2nd, at Hudson Auto Group (Subaru division) auto dealership and since then despite several phone calls and e-mails they haven't completed the financing for my vehicle I have temporary registration and license plates that expire on Sunday, Dec31st and if I don't get financing by this Saturday (the last business day of the year) I will be forced to return the vehicle to the dealershio and the sale will not go through Currently I have paid a $3,down payment and the current financing agreement obliges me to a 7.05% APR 72-month loan between myself and the lender for the dealership (TD Auto Finance LLC) for the amount of $42, This includes $7,in additional purchase options that are part of the finance contract I can provide any and all documentation in support of this complaint to your office as scanned data in PDF format The parties I have been dealing with at the dealership are the finance officer (Marc C***

First I would like to say that I am very sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your vehicleRegarding the one issue with the tires, unfortunately tires are not covered by the warrantyThe only time they are is if you purchased the separate coverage for tire and wheelAlso, I see by our records the last time your vehicle was here was in JanuaryI am not sure what service department you brought your vehicle to after your last issueI would strongly advise that you contact Subaru of America to address your concernsYou are stating the car is defective and you would like it replacedSubaru of America would need to make that determination and assistThere customer support phone number is [redacted]

On November 28th when the customer purchased the vehicle a temporary plate and registration were givenNot a titleThe car is being registered in New York, so legally we are only allowed to provide a twenty day temporary plate and registrationThe title was in the process of being transferred so we could register the car to the customerIt was delayed at first because of the holidayAs it turned out it was not just delayed because of the holiday, but because somehow the title was lost in transitWe had to file for a duplicate title which we should receive this weekOnce we have it we will FedEx the title to be transferred so the car can be registeredThe sales manager offered to have the customer store the vehicle on our lot, but they refused and preferred it kept in storageHe explained we would only cover up to a certain amount for reimbursementAfter that the customer removed it from storage and informed the sales manager the vehicle was being kept at a friend's homeThe customer is still more than welcome to keep the car on our lot until this issue can be resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the loyalty program was not mentioned in the ads I brought in The business' answer was completely false It is true the interest rate was too high but that has nothing to do with the complaint The complaint is to protect consumers because they are fraudulently putting bad advertisements online With the sole purpose so their ads come up in certain price searches They have since changed the wording in their ads and now moved the small disclaimer to their website, but still posting low prices on cars.com Very deceiving and unprofessional Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response because:I took the car to [redacted] mechanics to have them look for the tire leak Within minutes, the tech showed me where the leak was coming from on the passenger rear tire; it was clearly coming from the valve stemThey replaced the TPMS seal, and the tire hasn't leaked sinceI was also informed that there was NO EVIDENCE of a plug in that tireTherefore, the service department from Hudson Hyundai FALSIFIED the report to state that they plugged the tire, when in fact they DID NOTIf they really did check for a leak, they would have found it right away I have included a copy of the invoice and documentation that there was no plug in the tire They owe me at least the cost of the repair, $Also, I have asked for a copy of the 150-POINT INSPECTION report on this car, not the repair ordersI am not convinced that the car actually ever went through the inspection, and I was told by Caitlyn that copies of the inspection would be provided to me.I am still waiting for a copy of the HYUNDAI CPO warranty, NOT the dealership's limited warrantySince this car is supposedly Hyundai CPO, the Hyundai warranty should take effect; I was never provided a copy of the manufacturer's warrantyLastly, just to show that they had promised the car to me the day that I left it off for service, I have included a copy of the service workorder they gave me when I dropped off the carIt clearly states that it was promised 17:06SEP16, with a handwritten note of 5PM on the bottom They CHANGED THE DATE PROMISED on their copy of the internal workorder.The fact that they can and would FALSIFY REPAIR ORDERS is very troubling and ILLEGAL.I still expect them to pay for the repair of the tire, a copy of the 150-point inspection report, and a copy of the manufacturer's warranty Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this answer is because salesperson and finance representative didn't use good faith when I was there first timeeven the price that I was told is deferent from the one in contractThey should as professionals let me about everything even I didn't ask themTo show their bad faith the amount of downtown payment was 4600$ in contract 6600$.if u r not ready to review contract , I will file a claim with [redacted] arbitration association
