I bought a certified used car from them in July, and there were problems from day one with this companyIt felt like all the salesman, Jack, wanted was to lie to make his commisionThey've delivered on some, but not all(#from the beginning, the least I've wanted was for someone to call me back and to have reassurance that the issues were being addressed) It has been weeks since I've last spoken to anyone, and I have not heard back from their stand in Customer Relationship Manager, Caitlyn(#2) Right now I am waiting for my title, which I was told was mailed out weeks ago(#3) Also, originally I wanted and had asked to have my old plates from my old vehicle transferred to this new registrationThey did not do this for me even though, as with everything else, I was told it would be no problemCaitlyn told me that I could change them on my own and that they would pay for it, but they couldn't do the transfer themselvesSo I am waiting for them to pay for it up front so I am
On 3/7/17,I walked into Hudson Hyundai,I spoke with salesman GeorgeHe showed me a Silver Ford FocusI put down $1,200, with an agreed monthly payment of $351, and insurance of $ The car insurance, with *** *** required me to pay upfront for months, which totaled out to be $Once everything was agreed upon and my loan approved by *** *** *** I signed all the legal documents with the Finance manager, MauriceI left the dealership with my car.My temporary license plate/registration expires on 4/5/17.On 3/23/17, Maurice called me stating that there was an issue with the “bank” and I may need to trade my car inI went to the dealership on 3/24/17,to find out more informationMaurice stated that George told the bank that the car was worth around $12,000, when it was actually worth around $9, 000, they told me to pay $2,more so they wouldn't have to, I presume, or they would take my car*** *** approved my loan application, I signed all the necessa
I purchase a car in July of from Hudson Hyundai, my sales person at the time charged me for new license plates although I advised him I wanted to transfer my current license plates over, after a few weeks of waiting and fussing with these people I got my plates transferred as I originally asked to do, I was advised by both a customer service employee and a manager I spoke to regarding other issues that I would get a refund for the over payment weeks after the transfer was complete it is now OCTOBER and I still have not received my refund, I call, leave messages & I either do not get a call back or no one knows anythingI spoke to the manager of my sales person 1/weeks ago, he advised me by phone that the refund was processed weeks ago by the finance manager and I should be receiving it by check in 7-days which have passed, I called him today and he had the audacity to say that he never told me thatThis is getting a bit ridiculous that I'm going through this
I purchased a used car from this business on December 8, I paid for the car outright--no financing Both the dealer and myself signed the Dealer's Representation of Title and Lien Satisfaction I paid Hudson auto group to file the paperwork to have the car registered and the title transferred to me On December 20, the dealer called me, saying that I have to return the car, as there is a second lien on the title They said they would give me a refund I asked for proof of the lien, and they are refusing to send me proof I do not want to return the car, as I am satisfied with it Since the lien satisfaction was signed, and the car is paid in full, I feel the dealership should not involve myself in their mistake, if this is the case
we purchased a vehicle from this establishment and they in turn took our old leased car (honda) for them to returned and deal with all the charges of taken over a lease before it expired this happened in sep
in october we were advised by our old lease company that the Honda dealer that the car was not returned and charges need to be paid - we contacted this new dealer Hudson and advise the situation they advise they were in the process of returning the car and gave us copy of the a check that supposely was mailed
finally I hear from a collection agency in January that this leased car was never returned and my credit has been ruined due to the additional payment of the car not being returned on time
again spoke with the Hudson dealer general manager JONATHAN L** who as a manager has been nothing but nasty and refuses to give us a letter admitting their mistake for us to clear our credit it is now Jan and the honda deal still has not received their payment

I had been researching new cars online and found a car with this dealership on *** I made an appointment to go see the vehicle at the advertised price of $15, When I got to the dealership they had the exact car waiting for me
I sat down with the sales advisor and we discussed what I was looking for as far as repayment price and trafor my vehicle At no time did the sales advisor say they couldn't match what I was looking for
After the test drive the advisor brought a sales manager into the discussions
They first offered the sticker price which I refused and asked what happened to the price on *** He asked if I had the printout and when I said no he said without that they could not honor it This was despite having selected the exact car advertised
The first repayment option was totally unacceptable to me so we discussed other options until they came to a price that I could work withHowever I had to put down a deposit of $

Around April 30thI had hit a pothole, and had to bring my car in for servicingFirst time coming in, everything went fineWhen I got my car back, I noticed bubbles, in the right from tireWith plans to already bring the car back, due to my wheel insurance, my tire flattens again, on the side wall, on May 10thAt this point, I began to get frustrated, never the less I kept my cool, got both tires fixed and an oil changeNow, May 15th comes around, and I am driving my car in Newark, NJAs I am driving, I see a little pothole that I could not avoidNow I understand avoid them, but sometimes its more dangerous swerving than to just take that hitSeeing the pothole, its no way I would get another sidewall breakBut what happens? The side wall pops againNow I am madI even did a further research, to find out they were over-flatting my tires, at the dealership, with aluminum rims, you're almost asking for my tires to popThe guy "***" assures me he will get me in an outHour g
Please let this serve as a warning about this dealership, the staff is very unprofessional in doing their jobSales reps and managers use tactics to deceive customers (inflating prices/ short changing credit worthiness) and also make promises (free 1st oil change)Basically since purchasing a vehicle from this location there has been no shortage of excuses for their shortcomings and irresponsible handling of transactions (tag is about to expire no license plates yet) Comb through other negative reviews and you will notice a repetitive patern in their bad customer relationsAvoid the headache by avoiding these very shady and rude Hudson Subaru employees

On July 3rd, 2017, I sold my Toyota Corolla to Hudson Auto Group The person I dealt with, Will H*** said that Hudson Auto group would cut a check and overnight it to Toyota Financial Services since there was an outstanding loan on the car Then he would call me and I would be able to pick up the check from the dealership on July 6th
I called on July 6th and left a voicemail message but got not response I then left more voicemails as well as an email since then but still not response I also checked my Toyota Financial Services account and the car loan has not been paid off
The repair that must be done is a campaign being supported as a goodwill gesture by Hyundai, not a recallOur service manager, Jack Nogueira, received approval for the loaner carHe contacted the customer to let him knowWe have a limited amount of loaners and there is a waiting list*** ***
was notified as soon as one is available we can do the repairThere should be a loaner available early next weekIf he would like to come in I would be happy to make the arrangementsHe can reach me via email or telephoneMy information is listed below.Thank you,*** ***Customer RelationsHudson Auto Group*** ***
