I bought a Subaru Forrester on Dec2nd, at Hudson Auto Group (Subaru division) auto dealership and since then despite several phone calls and e-mails they haven't completed the financing for my vehicle I have temporary registration and license plates that expire on Sunday, Dec31st and if I don't get financing by this Saturday (the last business day of the year) I will be forced to return the vehicle to the dealershio and the sale will not go through
Currently I have paid a $3,down payment and the current financing agreement obliges me to a 7.05% APR 72-month loan between myself and the lender for the dealership (TD Auto Finance LLC) for the amount of $42, This includes $7,in additional purchase options that are part of the finance contract I can provide any and all documentation in support of this complaint to your office as scanned data in PDF format

Hi,
Would like to file a complaint regarding a dealership in Jersey City
I bought the car on 09/30/and to this day I'm unable to get my permanent plates from the dealership which I paid DMV fees
They gave me two temp plates but now I'm unable to drive my car due to an expired temp plates2nd temp tag expired on 11/28/
From 11/29/to present, the car is not legally registered in NJUnable to drive the vehicle for this matter
I purchased the car in order for me to use to drive to workWith me not able to use the car while paying monthly payments and not able to drive, this is not fair to me

My Subaru WRX was placed me and my friends life in danger times , thought at first it was a glitches in the car computer system but when it was happen times I then realized that their is something wrong in my car
First Incident Tires Explode - the computer system give me indication low tires pressure, so I added air into the tires after a 2-miles drive the indicator came up again then I add air again it was four times the indicator appeared on my dust board for the last time I add air after a less than miles of driving the air exploded in the highway so I have to use my spare tires., I brought the tires to the dealer because I know the tires should be under warranty since my car under a year oldto my surprised the Subaru insist that I run something and charge me over $dollars for the tires that should be still under manufacturer warranty

He was informed the bank was requesting bank statements. The deal could not be finalized without them. Once we received proper documentation from the customer it was sent to the bank, deal was finalized, and on the 29th, his plates were done. There is no issue. Customer is satisfied.

The customer was charged a motor vehicle estimate of $198. The customer requested a transfer, which was completed for him. The motor vehicle fee covers more than just the registration, which the customer received, such as temp tag, titling fees, etc. The total amount that was required to complete...

his motor vehicle transaction was $114.50. The customer will be receiving $83.50. Our motor vehicle clerk is slightly backed up, which is why the check hasn't gone out yet. For the inconvenience I can have the check cut today and overnighted to the customer.

TThis is not true I was on the phone when the rep from HPP called and told the the statement number and when it was sent to them. They should have had the statement by now I feel like they are upset because I filed a complaint  had the dealer sent the paperwork in on 9/8/15 when originally done I wouldn't be going through this.

I am rejecting this response because:
the loyalty program was not mentioned in the ads I brought in.  The business' answer was completely false.   It is true the interest rate was too high but that has nothing to do with the complaint.  The complaint is to protect consumers because they are fraudulently putting bad advertisements online.  With the sole purpose so their ads come up in certain price searches.  They have since changed the wording in their ads and now moved the small disclaimer to their website, but still posting low prices on cars.com.   Very deceiving and unprofessional.
